Excellent location, couldn’t be closer for what we required. The apartment was perfect, had everything we needed. Couldn’t fault it.

An overnight stay. Christiane was there to greet us as well as on our departure. The apartment was small but sufficient, and clean. Excellent, fast, clear communication from Christiane and always done with a huge smile and kind laughter.

We had a lovely stay at Sebastien and Audrey's, we were visiting Narbonne for the weekend. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment: Les Halles and the city center are in the immediate vicinity and the Grands Buffets are less than a quarter of an hour walk or 5 minutes by car. Communication with Audrey is easy and the apartment is very well equipped.

We were delighted to stay at Martine's place which is very friendly and very accommodating. The accommodation is very comfortable, very clean, well arranged and decorated. There's nothing missing. We stayed there as part of our bike route on the Canal du Midi and appreciated the proximity to the accommodation and the canal, enjoying a place where we were able to rest well and walk around Roubia very pretty village, quiet, pleasant with a restaurant bar grocery store where we ate very well. Very close to the property, after a day of cycling, it's appreciated! A big thank you to Martine for allowing us to make a nice stop at her place.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Small as expected, but had everything you might want. Great location with free parking nearby. Short walk to great bars, restaurants and sightseeing. Thank you Huan for your great communication and a great place to stop over in Beziers.

Our stay was perfect, thanks again to the advice and hospitality of Régis who is an impeccable host, available, warm and good advice for visiting the area around the accommodation. We will keep a very good memory of our stay in Coursan.

There were 11 of us, and we were all able to stay comfortably, preserving our privacy, and with places to meet all together (indoors)... Outdoors in the same spirit: "corners" to live together and others to "isolate" ourselves... And always in a pleasant setting! Thank you to Marie-Paule for her kindness and availability and also for sharing her living environment with us.

Beautiful home in a quiet and soothing environment, in the middle of nature, with only close neighbors, pretty donkeys, adorable sheep. We were greeted with a smile, and very pleasant kindness. Our host was attentive and our arrival well prepared. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean, very well thought out. It's suitable for a large family as well as a large group of friends. The rooms are very spacious, the bedding very comfortable, and each room has its own bathroom. Everything is nicely decorated. We had a lovely evening in front of the chiminee. We also appreciated the ecological approach to managing the property We recommend the place to lovers of nature and calm.

The accommodation is perfect for a family stay, nothing is missing, everything seems new and a simple but modern decoration. The kitchen is very functional and very equipped, the living room spaces are perfect, the bathroom is huge. The real plus is the terrace that allows you not to use the interior and a very efficient and appreciable general air conditioning. We were able to park our three cars without any problems. At the environmental level, the accommodation is in a very quiet hamlet, you have to take the car for walks or restaurants but it is very quickly accessible.

The house was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We were provided with everything that we needed. If we have to visit there again, we will definitely select the same place. Aurelie and her husband are excellent hosts.

Let me start by saying wow! We had an exceptional family stay in this charming, peaceful, and beautifully equipped home. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the pristine cleanliness to the top-notch amenities that exceeded our highest expectations. The warm and serene atmosphere of the house made it easy to relax and fully enjoy our time there. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely return on our next visit to the region. A huge thank you to our wonderful host, Lindsay, for making our stay so memorable!

Great weekend spent in this villa! Super clean, super pool. The equipment is also at the level of the capacity of the villa: very large fridge and barbecue. Possibility of parking several cars in front of and in the villa. The concierge is super responsive and accommodating. Just a small note: the villa is in a residential area with very close neighbors, not necessarily identifiable in the photos.

This is a beautiful, old, typically French Domaine. The outside space is especially beautiful with a large gravelled area, perfect for outside living. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to feed us all. The tortoises were lovely, our nearly two year old granddaughter loved them. We also loved the pool. Jacqueline lives next door and was very helpful, luckily we had a French speaker with us to help. Martin is always available via messages to help too. Very well situated for a quick drive to the supermarket, local towns and the general area.

The place is really great. It is very well located. The residence is very beautiful, very quiet. We enjoyed the tennis and the pool. The bedding is comfortable and we enjoyed the amenities such as the hair dryer or the iron available. The complimentary coffee is a real plus, as well as the presence of salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Ms. Domique was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and assisted with everything I needed. Sabrina was also fantastic - she responded to all my questions very quickly and was very understanding and accommodating. The Host was professional, kind, and made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

Very nice quiet apartment with astounding views of the Thau pond. Clean and well organized. Cleaning was not included in the prize and proper cleaning materials not provided.

Pleasant stay in the property. We were put at apartment number 5, including a small terrace that was not mentioned in the listing. The air conditioning worked perfectly, no complaints. Just plan what to do with the dishes and clean it because nothing on site. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. You can hear a lot of the outside from the bedroom despite the window and the shutter closed so it's a bit of a shame. Overall we were not disappointed, very good value for money, I recommend it!

This is such a cute place. I felt very comfortable and would stay here again. Not far from the beach or Beziers. We went to both while there. Valras-Plage is a super nice beach with lots of sand! Very helpful, responsive host!
