Absolutely beautiful stay here. We found it very peaceful with the private pool, lovely bungalow and amazing views. Vaso and his team were so friendly and made us feel at home right away. Some really lovely spots nearby via car. Beaches and restaurants etc. We will be coming back and staying longer next time 😀!

Staying at this place for 4 nights was like a daydream for us and our active dog. He was so delighted by such a big space where he could run and play. We were stunned by the opportunity to enjoy the view of the mountains, the bay and the starry sky, which was incredible during the Perseid meteor shower. If you want to have a rest away from the noise and crowds of tourists on the coast then this place has everything you need - small but fully-equipped house with kitchen, shower and a lot of small cozy details. Special thanks for the lights and the wireless speaker - we could listen to music all the time anywhere in the garden, which helped create the right atmosphere. The location is also excellent - just a 10-minute drive there are large stores. The wild beach is within an hour's walk. Equipped beaches with umbrellas and sun chairs are located in the charming village of Luštica, a 20-minute drive away. Marijana was very responsible and answered any of our questions very quickly.

Ein tolles Schlaferlebnis! Die Pilze liegen etwas höher zwischen der Natur und sind mit sehr viel Liebe gebaut. Der Ehemann hat uns herzlich begrüßt, spricht allerdings kein Englisch, was grundsätzlich aber kein Problem dargestellt hat.

Visiting from Australia. The garden house is a special treasure. The house is simple but has everything you need, and the location in the garden and to the water is HEAVEN on earth. We cooked in the BBQ area overlooking the ocean. Swimming directly from the accommodation was perfect and not crowded. The seawater pool is a special touch too. The nearby supermarket, Food House and bakery are great and walking distance. Our hosts Irina and Vladimir were like family and the other guests were lovely. We hope to come back to visit again someday!

Vaso was a very friendly and communicative host. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to meet us on arrival as we booked at late notice, but he arranged another lady to show us to our room with no problems. The space was clean and equipped with a small kitchen and everything we needed. The views were beautiful and we had access to a well-maintained, secluded swimming pool. The town of Sveti Stefan was only a short drive away and we had free guest parking on site.

A great place - a very high spec cabin with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I'd say the reality is actually better than the photos. Steps up to the bedroom are quite steep so no rushing on the way down! Slippers were a nice addition and the air con warmth (needed in April) kicked in quickly to make the place warm. The cabin is in a great location at the end of the valley, so close to the start of the trail up into the hills. It's a 20-25 min drive from the main road turn off, on a mainly one track road - just take care with livestock and local drivers!

Es ist wirklich ein toller Ort, ganz allein auf einer Insel. Es war für uns ein Abenteuer und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Wenn man glücklich damit ist, ganz einfach in der Natur zu leben (und kein Problem mit Tierchen wie Ameisen hat) dann sollte man auf jeden Fall auf die Insel im Krupac Lake!

We hadden enorm uitgekeken naar ons verblijf hier maar het overtrof echt elke verwachting. De weg ernaar toe was even spannend maar na elke bocht was het weer genieten van het uitzicht. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en kregen heel wat tips. Dit is echt een unieke locatie. Het huisje, de hottub, de stilte, de prachtige locatie en de gastvrijheid maakten het een 5 sterren ervaring! Hier komen we zeker terug.

We stayed in this cozy house in Strp from May 16 to 19, 2025 - and we loved everything! The house is clean, neat and very comfortable, it had everything we needed as if it were an expensive hotel. Strp itself is an amazing and peaceful place, a real quiet corner on the bay. Special thanks so much to Bozidar for his hospitality and care! Jovana and her family were super friendly. Communication was really fast and easy. The house is really cute. Also there is a small parking space in the garden. We absolutely loved our stay.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Sofias Garden und es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein! Bije ist eine tolle und herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns wieder sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Wenn man einen Tipp braucht oder etwas fehlt, ist sie sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Das Haus ist eigentlich für vier Personen zu klein, da wir allerdings ohnehin immer im wundervollen Garten sitzen, wenn wir da sind, ist es völlig ausreichend. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, Bett und Schlafsofa ziemlich gemütlich. Die Sitzplätze im Garten sind prima verteilt, sodass man sich bei erhöhtem Ruhebedarf auch mal separieren kann. Manchmal war uns der Verkehr auf der Straße etwas viel, aber irgendwie müssen die Leute ja an den Strand kommen .. :-) Extrem gute Vibes bei Bije!!

Очень рекомендую вилу для спокойного и душевного отдыха. Чисто, уютно, есть все для комфортного проживания. Хозяин очень приятный, дружелюбный и общительный. Угостили нас вкуснейшими приганицами и домашним вкусным мёдом.

Très agréable séjour dans ce bungalow situé au milieu d’une plantation d’oliviers retiré de la route et très paisible. Celui ci correspondait à la description et tout ce qui était nécessaire était présent. L’accès à la plage, aux commerces et aux restaurants était facile à pied. La seule difficulté que nous avons rencontré a été l’accès au logement le jour de notre arrivée car l’adresse et l’itinéraire n’était pas assez précis. Ce logement est idéal pour visiter la baie de Kotor et se reposer.

beautifull place, so much peace, butterflies, insects and other nature. great view! papa makes good syrups we got when went for a drink at daria and damirs place. even ended up playing a game with the other guests. had a great evening. hottub makes it feel like a wellness spa. and we dont like going to spa's. but this place made me like it🥰 thank you so much for your hospitality!

Très bon accueil. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques même s'ils ne parlent pas anglais. Nous avons pu manger le soir moyennant un supplément, et les petits déjeuners sont très bons et copieux. Joli cadre, au milieu des vignes et des ruches, sur les hauteurs du lac Skadar.

Schöne Unterkunft! Alles wie beschrieben. Wir konnten super entspannend und Dragana hat sich ganz zauberhaft um uns gekümmert :)

A beautiful retreat in the mountains near Zabljak. Quiet, serene, cozy. Everything you need. The outdoor table, fire pit and grill were perfect. Fresh trout available at a fish farm around the corner. Maki was a very kind and communicative host. She left us homemade gifts. We appreciate the hospitality!! Thank you!

Unfortunately we only had a 2 night stay and didn’t meet Dragana . We come from Australia and it was a bit confusing that the address is just 98 , Skaljari however it seems this is quite common. Our young taxi driver, despite the google map on our phone could only get us in the general vicinity. We expect an older experienced driver could have located the home , I suggest a clear 98 on the wall would help as Dragana’s absolutely fabulous home isn’t really visible from the street . We were really happy with the home , a lot of time and effort has gone into creating inside and outside . There is a fabulous restaurant 5 minutes walk away in the residential area INCONTRO BAR AND FOOD. Lovely staff, smart and clean with an air conditioned interior and a shaded verandah . As we don’t speak the language it compounded the difficulty.
