Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Cha-Am Beach

Overall, this was an amazing place to stay—spacious and clean. We have previously stayed at La Casita twice, and this experience has been the best so far. The wardrobe was well-equipped with plenty of hangers, and we appreciated the clean sheets and bath towels. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement: > A dustbin in the living room would be helpful. > Providing shower gel would be nice, especially since we arrived at night without any, while the previous stays had included it. > A clean sponge for washing utensils is necessary; the one next to the sink was quite dirty. > The A/C in the bedroom wasn't cooling as effectively as expected. I'm unsure of the cause, but the living room A/C was fantastic, which helped a lot. Overall, I would definitely return to this place; it's a fantastic apartment in a great location. Very beautiful apartment, very well equipped with everything you need including a beautiful view of the see. The area is very remote and 35 minutes away from Hua Hin, you will need a scooter or car to move around because GRAB is not available here. The host is very helpful and the communication is super easy with her. Thank you for letting us stay here :)

We have stayed in the owners other condo before and really liked it. This is an ideal location for us in a quieter neighborhood on the north side of Hua Hin. It has great swimming pools right on the beach and it’s really a beautiful property. The only challenge was that the mattresses were very hard and you could feel the springs. Khun Supida was very responsive to this and bought and installed a mattress pad for us that solved the issue. I really appreciated the responsiveness! The condo is well stocked and is really comfortable. The hustle and bustle of downtown is only 10 min away. We will be back!

It's a new building on soi 94. Walkable distance to one of the nightlife spots in Huahin. Free covered parking for motorbikes. Relatively quiet at night. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. It has everything you need even for long-term stays. Very quiet AC units. The bed is comfy and you will even have a nice comforter! Sven is an excellent host. One of the best hosts I have ever dealt with during my 13 years on airbnb. Great reliable internet connection. I was getting at least 400/300. In my opinion, well worth the price. Highly recommended.

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

I stayed here with my family from June 20–22 and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The location is convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. The unit had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms — very clean, spacious, and included a kitchen. What I loved the most was the direct access to the beach. Just a short walk from the building and you’re right by the sea! The environment was quiet, perfect for relaxing with family. I came with my mom (age 71) and sister. The only minor downside was the walk from the parking area to the accommodation, which was a bit far and tiring for my mom. The host and co-host were very attentive, checking in with us during our stay to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Their thoughtful communication made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for a family vacation.

Loved this apartment on the 7th floor of the Marvest building. This is the quieter part of the building with views of the mountains and lovely sunset views. The bed was comfy, the kitchen and bathroom were squeaky clean, and there’s even a distant sea view from the second bedroom. Anything we asked for, Annie was willing to accommodate (another bedside lamp, a bigger drying rack, and a new kettle). She was so friendly and helpful, as were all the staff and security guards. The building is in a great location, a 2-min walk from 7-11 for water supplies and a few minutes from Villa Market, a nice grocery store. Also only 10 mins walk from the old town, one of the night markets, and good restaurants. Everything else is a quick Grab ride away. We’ll definitely return.

Great stay it had everything required to meet our expectations Would recommend for others to stay at Somphop’s Condo or just at La Casita itself. During our stay we meet other fantastic people from other countries and enjoyed their experiences.

We had an amazing day. Everything was perfect. The apartment is super clean and the view from 17th floor is really amazing . The building and the apartment is very well-maintained. The condominium has all the facilities with privacy. Grab was easy to get to get to the city & also for food deliveries. Would definitely recommend staying at this place 👍

Our two-night stay at the Legend through Airbnb was nothing short of wonderful. The condo was clean, modern, and had a very welcoming feel. It had all the essentials we needed and more, making it easy to settle in right away. The resort itself is beautiful—lush greenery, large swimming pools, and a calm, relaxing vibe throughout the property. We especially enjoyed taking evening walks around the grounds and lounging by the pool during the day. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family. Great value, great atmosphere, and a great stay!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this private villa. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a hidden paradise—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and designed for total relaxation. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with every amenity we could possibly need. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for group of people enjoy. The surrounding area was quiet with lot of Todd’s sounds. The host maid was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

This is our second stay at Rassamee’s house. It’s in a quiet location away from town but close enough to get there whenever you want. Easy to get grab and bolt and close to shops and good restaurants. We will stay with Rassamee in the future.

This property was amazing! We were 7 guys in hua hin to play golf and the house accommodated us really well. 7 bedrooms, great pool and garden. Staff were extremely friendly and great cooks too! Will def come back!

We had an amazing stay at Markus's villa, the place is absolutely beautiful, bright, spacious and tastefully decorated. The private garden and pool were a real highlight, offering a total privacy and peaceful atmosphere. Everything was clean. Markus was a great host, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended, we'd definitely love to come back :-)

The place is clean. It is about 20-30 minutes away from Hua Hin city. If there is traffic, it will take a little time, but overall it is comfortable. It is suitable for tourists who come as a family.

The house was absolutely gorgeous as was the garden. The complex was safe and peaceful and beautifully landscaped and laid out. Although the house had its own pool we tended to use the main communal pool, it had a better shallow area for the toddler that was with us and it was bigger. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen and I was able to make proper meals. Tukta, the housekeeper was brilliant at helping us with anything we asked. Also the security guards were so friendly.

Nice studio apartment with a comfortable bed and great facilities. Friendly/helpful guards with easy check-in. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive.
