Holiday rentals with a pool in Cha-am District

It is a great location but just a heads up you have to leave a 3000 baht deposit which is fine but does not explain this on their listings Peaceful clean nice building one we had a few issues that may require looking at nothing serious just a couple of light bulbs etc Short drive to beach and bars which is great The host is very helpful I will definitely return

The environment is very beautiful, there is a big pool, and the water of the pool is also very clean, and it can be seen that the host is very attentive running the house.Great host, great communication, any needs and questions will be solved for you.The check-in place is also relatively close to the sea, so it is very convenient to get a taxi.It was a great experience for me to travel for five days.

The house was absolutely gorgeous as was the garden. The complex was safe and peaceful and beautifully landscaped and laid out. Although the house had its own pool we tended to use the main communal pool, it had a better shallow area for the toddler that was with us and it was bigger. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen and I was able to make proper meals. Tukta, the housekeeper was brilliant at helping us with anything we asked. Also the security guards were so friendly.

We stayed almost 3 months. That house is so comfortable and peaceful. Host was so nice friendly. Pool is so clean. If you chose that house you need 2 app. Bolt-taxi app. Foodpanda-delivery app. Because house is little bit far from center. I will choose again when we go hua hin

Great, modern house. Everything up to date. The only thing that bothered me was the narrow, direct neighborhood (houses just on the property border). As a result, we lacked some privacy outside. Otherwise, everything is great!

Very nice apartment, nice view, very quiet, we only saw 4 people in a week in the complex. (and the gardeners) We had the beach to ourselves. Unfortunately, the pool is only 1 m deep at the deepest point and very dirty. There is no shopping and no restaurant nearby. You urgently need a scooter or a car.

Our two-night stay at the Legend through Airbnb was nothing short of wonderful. The condo was clean, modern, and had a very welcoming feel. It had all the essentials we needed and more, making it easy to settle in right away. The resort itself is beautiful—lush greenery, large swimming pools, and a calm, relaxing vibe throughout the property. We especially enjoyed taking evening walks around the grounds and lounging by the pool during the day. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family. Great value, great atmosphere, and a great stay!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The building manager Mud met us at the arrival and she has been always very attentive to our needs and requests. You can have a weekly cleaning of the house for 250baht or a Massager coming to you! The swimming pool is always clean and safe. The beach is great and 1 step away from the apartment! The house was clean and reflected exactly what you see in the pictures (even better). Only “downside” is that you only have 2 fires to cook and tiny so sometimes you have to cook one thing at the time. We had a car so we could Easley navigate the surrounding and in less than 10min you have big supermarkets. Great place for families with kids. We definitely suggest this place!

We had an amazing time staying at Pooky’s place! We spent about 4 days here and found it perfect! The area is super beautiful with tons of restaurant options and just a quick walk to the beach. The grounds are lovely and everything was better than we expected! Absolutely adored our time here and would definitely recommend!

what can I say Martin and his partner were extremely helpful and responded within a very fast time to any quiries we had. the home is compact but for 2 persons it's perfect a/c's worked very good as did all the other facilities and in this very well kept apartment. we have stayed in Cha-am quite a few times previously and we love going there no music blaring out till week after midnight your not pestered as you walk around to buy this or that if you are aproached you just politely say no thanks and they go on their way. we're hoping to make another trip probably next year again, we have no doubt about it Martins place is on our must go list. thank you for letting us be your guests.
