The condominium is very nice and the house is comfortable, pleasant and a good size for our family. I really enjoyed the stay and the host was very attentive. I don't have any negative points to comment on.

It was great to stay in Laura's flat. Condomínio bonito, well cared for, well located and easy to access. The place is well decorated and with the amenities we need.

I spent the period of the São João of 2024 on the property of Mr. Rodrigo and I will only give 5 stars because there is no way to give 6. Rodrigo is the best possible host. He quickly answered my questions, always helpful, flexible, precise in the instructions, tips and directions and perfectly describes the location he is offering. We had only one occurrence that was one of the electric showers to have burned (which is something impossible to predict) but a short time later it already had a totally new shower and an expert to do the installation. The house was completely clean, organized, and impeccable to welcome me and my friends/family. The access lane is of rammed earth and depending on the season may have holes, but it does not compromise the experience, it rained in the period I was there and I had no trouble getting in and out due to the roads. The condominium is beautiful, clean and with a very well-kept garden, it gives that feeling of being at home. Returning to Gravatá I will no doubt stay here.

Our stay at Daniella's place couldn't have been more perfect. In addition to being a great host, always answering all the questions and with quick answers, she was extremely careful and made us feel at home. I can say that the house is extremely complete, with all the cleaning and kitchen supplies needed. And the main one, in person the house exceeds all expectations, being even more beautiful than in the photos. The view of the mountains is a spectacle apart, especially in the late afternoon with the sunset.

The ranch goes far beyond expectation! A very cozy place, with an incredible peace and energy. Full kitchen (there is no shortage of items to cook and serve, and the family is large), fridge, freezer, barbecue. There are no bed and bath linens, but previously informed by the host. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The housekeeper Adriano, a friend in person and always willing to help. The host is always requesting and available for help if you need it. We will definitely return.

Everything was perfect, I will return more times, very quiet place, everything very clean and organized, and Mr. Adelmo was attentive, in short, I highly recommend it!!!!

The house is excellent, spacious, the view is beautiful from all angles. We were very satisfied and enjoyed it a lot. Based on the amount of people the house can accommodate, I advise more items in the kitchen, such as cutlery and plastic pots. The fridge could also be a bigger one. All in all, only compliments and we will definitely come back! We love the horse ride, the animals and the reception of Silvania who is very polite and helpful. Congrats on hosting.

Felipe is a very helpful host, answered us whenever we needed and always very helpful. The house corresponds to what is in the listing, very cozy, very spacious and ventilated and a stuffed and super inviting orchard. Well equipped kitchen, all suites with hot shower, which for the night that cools a little bit was essential. The condominium is wonderful, quiet and easy to access. We enjoy the space, which has a chapel, swimming pools, children's playground. Very green and flowers🥰. Anyway, we had an amazing carnival and we'll be back soon. I highly recommend it.

Spending a few days in this house in Chã Grande was an amazing experience! The house is very beautiful, well cared for, and holds 10 people quietly. The house has everything: from the bed lining to the shaker, everything in perfect condition. The outdoor area is exclusive to the house, and it's great for spending the day, barbecuing and exchanging ideas with friends. The host is very responsive and attentive, and has given us contacts for everything: restaurant delivery recommendations, water, etc. I highly recommend spending a holiday at Fabio's place!

The stay at Sítio dos Flamboyants was very enjoyable. The house is spacious and ground floor which was very important for the locomotion and independence of the two 90-year-old ladies of our family. We had a night of St. John with a beautiful fire in a large brick yard beside the house. The house is perfect for bringing family and friends together. I highly recommend it.
