Close to the Hyper center, two minutes walk from the Palais des congrés Jacques Chirac and the Pathé cinemas. 10 mins walk to Valencia city train station. It is located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a very quiet small condominium that only has 3 floors. Can't be rented to arrange an evening out. No smoking in the unit.
