This attractive family house, in the heart of the Côte Roannaise wine-growing region (part of the Route des Vins), is perfectly located for exploring the wider area, or simply for relaxing in authentic surroundings. The outside grounds can be enjoyed as soon as Spring makes its presence felt. Guests can also make full use of the barn*, now converted into a games room with table football, darts and more - perfect for the long summer evenings.

Located in the heart of the village of Arconsat, come and relax in this small atypical house on three levels. It consists of an equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a bathroom with toilet on the 1st level, and a bedroom with panoramic views of the mountains (Chaîne des Puys, Massif du Sancy) on the top floor. Arconsat is a small quiet village in the Thiernoise Mountains in the Livradois Forez Regional Nature Park. We are 12 km from the city of Thiers, the capital of cutlery.

Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).
