Beautiful barn in an amazing location! Thanks so much to the host Marveen for all her help and recommendations, made our stay incredibly comfortable. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Bev is a top class host. Her hospitality was second to none, always available to get me anything I may have needed during my week stay. The annex is in a lovely quiet location with basically everything you can need. If you want a nice quiet place to call home whilst you’re visiting Banbury or near, I’d recommend it!

Lovely clean, warm, well equipped and quiet location in a very friendly Warwickshire village. Debbie was a great host and also supplied us with fresh eggs for breakfast! Made very welcome by the local pub, flower shop and coffee shops. Saturday Farmer's Market was great too! Excellent location for local exploration - Edge Hill, Warwick and Warwick Castle, Stratford-on-Avon together with National Trust locations all within a 30 min drive. Cottage was ideal for 2 retired couples, but would have worked for small families too. We are long time and well seasoned AirBnB's - in GB, Europe and Western Canada ....... and the combination of host Debbie, the accommodation and location ranks our visit up there with THE BEST! We'd give it 6* if we could - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A second stay as it is perfect for stays for nearby work. Joanna is extremely helpful, the accommodation is just as described and the local community pub is a bonus.
