Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Renovated old farmhouse with 2 floors: very quiet, with every comfort! Nuits Saint Georges 10 minutes away, Beaune 15 minutes away, highway 10 minutes away. Ideal starting point for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board and outdoor games, barbecue... Private parking, courtyard, and garden. Breakfast, pastries, local wines and beers (extra charge). Families welcome.

In the heart of the prestigious Meursault vineyard, David welcomes you to a charming stone house. You will enjoy 2 double bedrooms, one with a living room, TV sofa, fiber internet, 160 channels and Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. A reading area with two armchairs, a bathroom with an XXL bathtub, as well as a laundry room and a storage room complete this accommodation. You will be staying just 550 m from the center of the village.

Near Beaune, a few kilometers from the Wine Route, you can enjoy a relaxing, quiet stay in "la ptite maison" Old renovated house ideal for 1 person or 1 couple. A main room with a living area, sofa (cannot be used as a bed), TV, Wi-Fi and a dining area. This room is separated by 1 glass wall where there is a double bed and a wardrobe. A fully equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom with 1 shower, towel dryer, toilet.

Coeur de Pommard

Completely redesigned and renovated, our "Coeur de Pommard" gîte offers you all the modern comforts combined with the charm of a house that is more than a hundred years old, now air-conditioned and connected. Located on a quiet street in Pommard, the exposed stone walls add to the character of the Burgundian slabs. The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.

Pretty stone house with small garden in the heart of the vineyards, 3 km from the thermal baths of Santenay. The village is at the crossroads of several bike paths that can take you to Côte de Beaune, Nuits or Côte Chalonnaise. You can enjoy the calm of a small wine village while being not far from all amenities. You will stay in a completely renovated individual accommodation.

Domaine Paulette, White House

Very beautiful village house located in the heart of Meursault, 200 m from the main square of the village. Perfect location to enjoy restaurants. Walks in the vineyards 5 minutes away. Beautiful cellar available for your wine tastings. (Rates on request) Spa at Chateau de la Cueillette 10 min walk. Golf in Levernois, 15 min by car. House located on the Grands Crus bike route.

Apartment in the heart of the village for 4 to 5 people

The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with a kitchen, bathroom and sofa bed. Sleeps 4 adults and 1 child. We are a family native to the village and we will be happy, if you need it, to advise you on possible activities in the area. Various flyers are available and if you have any specific requests, such as nice hikes, we can provide you with information.
