Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Renovated old farmhouse with 2 floors: very quiet, with every comfort! Nuits Saint Georges 10 minutes away, Beaune 15 minutes away, highway 10 minutes away. Ideal starting point for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board and outdoor games, barbecue... The independent 37 m² apartment is located in the very center of Chagny, on the 2nd floor of our house. It has a bedroom with sheets, a bathroom with towels, and a living room with a sofa, TV, and Netflix. 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with an oven + microwave, a fridge-freezer, and an espresso machine. All the shops are nearby, the market on Sunday morning is 90 meters away, the train station is 200 meters away, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 meters away, as well as other restaurants

It has an incredible view of Place Carnot and even the Hospices bell tower. We have completely renovated and decorated it with quality noble materials. At the foot of the vines

A newly renovated 30 m² apartment in the heart of the Puligny-Montrachet vineyard, renowned for its great wines. A swimming pool is available from June to the end of August with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the apartment. You can enjoy walks, use the barbecue, and then have a drink in peace. The courtyard is closed for your vehicle. A key box is available for your convenience. I wish you a very pleasant stay.

Located in the center of a small town, close to all essential shops and restaurants, close to prestigious vineyards, including Pulligny Montrachet, Rully, Chassagne Montrachet, Santenay, its thermal spa and Casino (5 minutes by car), between the famous Hospices de Beaune and Chalon sur Saône. You can also enjoy the Sunday morning market with its regional products. This apartment is perfect for a relaxing stopover in the heart of the vineyards.

Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

Ideally located in the city center of Chagny, this bright 40 m2 studio on the second and top floor will allow you to enjoy a pleasant stay in the heart of Burgundy. All the essential shops are close to this accommodation as well as various restaurants including the unmissable Maison Lameloise (5-min walk). "La Ptite Maison" is an independent old house.

Near Beaune, a few kilometers from the Wine Route, you can enjoy a relaxing, quiet stay in "la ptite maison" Old renovated house ideal for 1 person or 1 couple. A main room with a living area, sofa (cannot be used as a bed), TV, Wi-Fi and a dining area. This room is separated by 1 glass wall where there is a double bed and a wardrobe. A fully equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom with 1 shower, towel dryer, toilet.
