Monthly Rentals in Chain Valley Bay

We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Pauline's place. It had everything we needed, and was the perfect base for us and our dog to explore the surrounding area. They were great hosts, communicative and forthcoming with various recommendations.

Joanne was an amazing host, very professional, communicated extremely well, and made check in and out stress free and seamlessly easy. Her villa was nestled in a beautiful location with plenty of activities to do. The villa was spotless clean and well maintained, the perfect place for a relaxing holiday and getaway. Jo’s priority was to ensure our stay was to a high standard and memorable and is certain was. I highly recommend staying here as you will not be disappointed. We loved our stay at hoot hollow! Had everything we needed for our trip away and felt like a home away from home. Very comfortable, private and peaceful. We enjoyed the area too. Went for a walk along the water to the park where the kids enjoyed the playground. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Great place to stay. Host very helpful, friendly and easily contactable. House was very clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay (BYO food/drinks of course). Lots of DVDs and board games (kid friendly). Beautifully maintained gardens and back garden so chill and peaceful. Would be great in the warmer weather for outdoor eating. Easy check in. Close walk to water and shops. Was absolutely perfect for our stay. Thank you so much Bernadette. I would definitely recommend this lovely home and awesome host and hope it’s available next time we visit Summerland Point.
