Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Chaitén

Jose and his family's cabin is incredibly beautiful! We especially loved the proximity to the beach and the sea, as well as the spectacular views (the mountain range and the volcanoes). Also, we were able to observe 🦭 🐬 and and many birds directly from the living room! It was just magical! There are even two kayaks, so we were able to paddle in the sea and admire the dolphins and sea lions up close, while the curious sea lions watched us. ☺️ The kitchen is well equipped, although it could be a little cleaner, but that depends on each person. The large oven heated the living room/kitchen well. Only in the bedrooms it was a little cold in the morning. There is also AC. The mattress on the double bed was very sunken and uncomfortable, so we turned it over and used some blankets as padded. In the description I also said there was a washing machine but it wasn't. However, they brought one especially for us so we could wash our clothes.

Fredes gave me a warm welcome. He went to pick me up at the bus station. He is a very flexible and generous host, and invited me several times to share food with him and his roommate. In addition to food, he also shares his thirst for adventure and his rich travel experience. Futaleufú is a small town, so it's hard to get lost. Everything in the village can be seen on foot and the landscape is charming. The house itself is very simple, but they take care of it and, in autumn/winter, the wood stove allows it to be quite warm, at least until bedtime; in the morning, better to have a good sweater! In short, for the good price that Fredes offers and the way he welcomed me, I would recommend any backpacker to stop by his house.

We stayed one night in the house. The place is amazing, surrounded by nature and with a beautiful river not far away. The house is beautiful, the kitchen, living room and garden too. Recommended! Especially if you love animals

Excellent accommodation in unique surroundings. Yohanna's house is very cozy and is located near the river and surrounded by mountains. Just a few minutes drive from downtown Futaleufu. The host was very kind and always willing to help. I recommend this place.

We wondered why this place had no reviews. It seems most of the bookings are not Airbnb. There are 4 cabins, all were occupied. The rooms and bathroom are clean. The shared kitchen is basic but spacious and also clean. There is access to the lake beach where we cooked on a campstove and watched the dolphins and sea lions. All very peaceful and enjoyable. Hector the host is a little bit eccentric in a nice way. Always helpful. There were no working directions on the Airbnb site but you can find the location by putting the name of the accommodation into Google. We don't think Hector looks at his messages very often, so don't rely on him getting back to you quickly. There is no WiFi. Not a problem for everyone but if you're travelling and booking ferries etc it would be helpful. Would happily stay again

Apart from having a great time with all the walks around and enjoying the area, we take advantage of the house in its fullness. I exceed our expectations and am very comfortable for all of us. Hugo resolved all our inquiries and difficulties instantly. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

The cabin is excellent new and well equipped, in a wonderful setting, the only detail that was published that had wifi and does not have it.

Staying in San Juan was magical. The hospitality of Iris and his family was fantastic. We arrived and didn't know where to eat, so Iris arranged a dinner at a friend's house just a few meters from the accommodation! Recommended experience!

Roxana is an excellent host, she helped us in everything, she lent us her kitchen for breakfast even cooking if asked, we rest a lot in the stay, beautiful place ,a wonderful view of the lake ,her pets all friendly. She is a woman of tomo and loin , very hard working and house owner. We loved it

The cabin is small, nestled in the woods, fairytale, I slept with the cooing of the river and woke up with the whispering of the birds. It has a staircase that may be uncomfortable for some people, for us it did not represent any diffucult. It is located on a property surrounded by nature, there are no other cabanas or houses nearby, the privacy and tranquility are absolute. Alvaro and Magdalena are very attentive and helpful. They have a very complete orchard with seasonal vegetables that we were able to take advantage of. It's a great place to rest, hike, and read.

Pablo is an amazing host, and the place is just outstanding. It is a remote spot that requires detailed planning to visit, and Pablo, Consuelo and Angel were super responsive and clear, which made everything super easy. We felt at home right away and we had the time of our lives there. I cannot recommend the place highly enough.

There is no good reception at the place so it was difficult to contact Roberto, but he took care of us immediately for a cute woman who came and let us in and everything was fine. The entire apartment provides everything you need with a pleasant and cozy and pampering atmosphere. We also enjoyed all the animals around. Excellent place and lovely hospitality. Many thanks

It was simply amazing, a magical place with beautiful surroundings. Many places to visit nearby. We thank Mrs. Carmen for her hospitality, cordiality and for being our tour guide. Also to Don Daniel for his helpfulness with us. It was an unforgettable vacation for our family, memories we will treasure. An incredible view, we had a few very nice rainy days, the cabin is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Special mention to their pets Ares, Rita and Bonnie, thanks for sharing with our children.

Claudia is very kind and always willing to help. The cabin is warm, well equipped. I think you could use a barbecue. Sometimes the water force subsided a little. If you are looking for an experience to contact nature, it is definitely a very good option near Futaleufu

Darío is an excellent host, the cabin complies with the indicated, it is central, and is accessed by a passage having to consult Darío as it is behind the main street. The Wi-Fi password must be requested from Darío. The cabin is new and has a wood-burning stove, two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room together. We stayed one day and were able to disconnect, rest because the place is very quiet.
