The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured on arrival and consumed electricity is paid upon departure. Electricity currently costs 7.0 Baht/kw. Bed linen and towels are available to be rented for 220 Baht/week. Please let us know when booking if you want to order this, so it will be in place in the house upon arrival. The house is smoke and pet free.

The loft bedroom has one queen size bed. Two single size mattresses are added if booking is made for over 4 people.
