Lovely home,close to the seaside, just 250 meters away! In a small hill, with a wonderful sea view and a constant fresh sea breeze. You have access to the entire second floor with a separate entrance,three bedrooms, a huge hall, a bathroom kitchen and a balcony. Each bedroom has panoramic sea views from each bedroom. All bedrooms have two comfortable beds with the option to add one more bed. + In the hall, the corner folds out and turns into a bed for two! and a smart TV with a flat screen.

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

Paradise by the sea: beach, dolphins,mountains sunsets and no cars

New 13 story building right on the seashore. Nice, clean, quiet apartment with exceptional sea view. Host is r.emote but always available over the phone. Famous Batumi' Botanic Garden is half mile down the beach, Dreamland Oasis Resort located quarter mile up the beach with eleven restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, aqua park, and entertainment. I would like to thank Sophia, her mother, and her father. I did not meet Sophia, but her parents are wonderful. Her mother brought us coffee, baklava, and chocolate. As a kind of hospitality, the cottage is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. We had two days in their quiet cottage, one of the most beautiful days of our lives. 🌹 Those who are looking for tranquility will find it. They are interested in the most authentic details and the cottage decorations are very beautiful. Sophia's mother is wonderful. She was always smiling. Thank you and I will repeat the visit and advise everyone to visit the place 👍👍👍

We felt very comfortable with two families! It's a great place to relax. We were very warmly welcomed and felt very welcome. The accommodation is nice and very well equipped. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the tangerine garden and the sea. The only small downside was the uncleaned wardrobes, which were stated as usable in the description. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay that I would travel back to anytime! Thanks to Elza and Murman for the wonderful time!!
