The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

My stay in this beautiful house was outstanding. The property overlooks a perfect panorama, and every evening we enjoyed spectacular sunsets right from the terrace. Inside, the three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped—far above typical Airbnb standards—so cooking felt effortless. Best of all, our host was a delight: warm, communicative, and incredibly flexible. She even accommodated a late check‑out and answered every question with genuine enthusiasm. I would happily return to this home and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a memorable, worry‑free stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. Als je in Georgië van plan bent om aan de zwarte zee te verblijven is Cottage Petra een van de beste keuzes. Je bent binnen 10 minuten lopen bij het strand. Kohbuleti is nabij voor restaurants etc. Het huisje zelf is super mooi en comfortabel, van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kan er prima koken en op het balkon opeten met prachtig uitzicht over de zwarte zee. In de tuin kan je ook bbq-en. De host en zijn familie zijn erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kortom, een erg unieke en mooie plek.

We loved our stay in Buknari, a great home with a phenomenal view. The spring was lovely and we were welcomed by our host so warmly. We will cherish this holiday and beautiful homely getaway very much

absolutely wonderful experience. me and my partner got there by our own car but its incredibly sweet of the host to offet transfer from and to batumi. the views are breathtaking, bed is big and comfortable. sleeping under stars and moonlight was amazing. friendly puppy, cats and goats wondering around definetely help create an atmosphere of a peaceful runaway place. surprisingly big menu with all kinds of very reasonably priced meals. no need to worry about having something nice to eat while you're there. 14/14 recommend
