Fantastic and cosy 1 bedroom flat/studio in the heart of Chalkida in Evia Island. The apartment (2nd floor Lift Access), it's in a great location on the main yacht harbour of Evripos. The flat is ideally located seconds away from the nicest restaurants, bars, coffee places, banks, stores and supermarkets. It is also a maximum 10 minutes walk from the main train station that links Athens and the Airport with Chalkida (just 94km/1hr drive). The flat is very secure while building contains lift.

The apartment, completely renovated, is located on the main street of Haina, in the center of Chalkida. The distance from Kourenti and Papathanasiou beaches is just 100 meters.
