Carefully equipped to offer a comfortable and unforgettable stay,it has air conditioning,ceiling fan,electric shower with stall,refrigerator,sink, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, and other accessories. Double sofa-bed, single bed, and two extra inflatable double mattresses. Outside we have a deck on the sand in front of the sea, a shower, a hammock swing under a treetop, tables, and benches.

Casa térrea ampla com terreno de 1700 m2, de frente para o mar. Piscina com profundidade para todas as crianças e adultos, lindo jardim com coqueiros e arvores a beira da praia e churrasqueira a beira da piscina. Passeios de barco rápido acesso a Ilhabela e praias próximas de São Sebastião (a combinar).

We are located in a beautiful, easily accessible condominium with plenty of green space, approximately 1 km from Maresias Beach, a 20-minute walk. @chalesnamatamaresias WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED OR BATH LINENS. We have a rental option. *NO LOUD NOISE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME OF DAY.

A bungalow built artistically in every detail... a bathtub open to the woods with a glass ceiling gives the feeling of being immersed in nature, with a centenary fig tree in front and many birds... intimate and welcoming in connection with Nature, in contact with this reserve area of the Atlantic Forest. The other hot shower is on the deck open to the woods and is delightful day or night, with a starry sky and moonlight.

Tree House - North Coast

Charming and intimate, the family's former studio has been transformed into a charming rustic studio. With a double bed, bathroom, refrigerator, mini stove, Wi-Fi internet, workbench at the height of the treetops. The house was built inside the Atlantic Forest in an organic and natural way, the kitchen is all open and integrated with the countertop and the bedroom! The house is located 3.3 km from Boicucamga Beach.

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
