Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

À 24min des magasins d’usine , à proximité immédiate des lacs de champagne et à 30min des vignes de Champagne. Le logement se situe sur la rue principale de notre petit village de 120 habitants. On vous accueille également avec un immense plaisir avec vos compagnons à 4 pattes ! (jardin non clos)

Wine village between Epernay and Sézanne, ideally located 1.5 hours from the gates of Paris, 1 hour from Reims and Troyes, in the heart of the Coteaux du Petit Morin and at the foot of the Marais de Saint Gond. This cottage has an equipped kitchen, large living room, TV/office lounge, walk-in shower bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a garden. A jacuzzi with a shower area. No pets allowed. Many activities to discover in the surrounding area.
