Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chama

The unit was a timeshare condo in a small village of 6 identical units. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Small kitchen with dishwasher and living room with pull out couch bed and TV, King Size bed with another TV, nice tall shower, small front patio for two chairs and a table. Everything was perfect for us. The Check In staff were helpful and easy to contact. This stay comes with a lot of amenities including the Rec Center and on Friday they had free drinks and popcorn in the lobby. Pagosa in general is a great place to stay, definitely visit the Hidden Track when JB is bartending, but for this review I’ll stay focused on the lodging and host. If you follow Brooke’s instructions to give your name as written on your government ID and make sure your phone number is up to date in the AirBnB app, it was a seamless check in and a nice stay at a fair price. With good staff on site and clear communication from Brooke, this was the nicest and easiest AirBnB experience I’ve had.

Nice place! Very cosy and close to town. We skied at Wolf Creek and only takes about 25 minutes to get to the base.

Jason’s place was amazing. It was directly over looking at the Hot Springs area, which was a five minute walk to the Hot Springs. We enjoyed the convenience and privacy of where we were able to park and the place was adorable. It was perfect to hang out. Will definitely be coming back and staying here again.

Great stay for Spring Break - beautiful location in Colorado!

The location is great - central location close to everything we wanted to do. The space is nice and wide open. It is rustic but it was super clean. The unit is quite warm as others had mentioned but we made use of the fans and A/C and managed to be comfortable. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great location. Once we were back from skiing we could just park the car and walk everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!

Fabienne was a wonderful host, especially as we booked our trip on 8 hours notice! She was attentive and generous, and her dogs were amazing; our dog was so happy and seemed to love playing with them in the front yard. We loved the location, it was quiet, and the interior felt like a ski resort cabin! Thanks for your hospitality and we hope to be back soon!

Great place and great host! Beautiful cabin with lots of space. Fyi the August Home Yale Lock app wasn't working so she had to program us out own lock code (I texted and she answered immediately). There was no kitchen sink scrubber so we used a washcloth to wash our used dishes, which worked just fine and seemed more sanitary. Everything was clean and in good working order!

Just got home from after an amazing memorial weekend at Ralph and Becky’s place. What started off as a nightmare booking with Airbnb as our original hosts cancelling on us last minute, we scrambled quickly to find something else. Since day one of me reaching out, the hosts and Kimberly the co host were great and responsive and honestly booking here turned into a great dream. I loved how much privacy you have between all 5 rooms and the number of restrooms so it was never difficult to get ready at the same time. The amazing view of the stream and nature off the balcony of the master bedroom was remarkable. We had one slight issue with the fridge( there were two so wasn’t really an issue but wanted to keep them informed) and they responded quickly and also offered a great back up to help out. There were plenty of games on hand, the hot tub worked amazing and just overall a really satisfying stay. Will definitely keep in mind when we are back in Pagosa.

Awesome place to stay. The home was as beautiful as the pictures showed, had everything we needed and more, nice outdoor area, and all we could have asked for. Internet was great, but no cell phone service. It was summer when we were there and a bit hot during the day, but cooled off a bit at night. The host was very responsive to the question we had. All in all it was a very nice place on a long country gravel road. I would recommend this place to someone that needed a place to stay near Pagosa Springs CO.

Amazing stay and perfect fit while we had an event nearby. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed to cook. Would definitely stay again!

The view from the floating dock was stunning. There was an abundance of wildlife around the lake. There are views from every room facing the lake. It's about 15 minutes from town which is a nice easy drive to the Hot springs or restaurants. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and a good size grill. The hot tub is a nice touch

This was such a cute place for us to stay in a beautiful area!! Everything was as described and we felt right at home! We even had wildlife right up to the patio! We would highly recommend staying here!

The only mark against the location was the cost(AirBnB fees) otherwise it was wonderful. Chuck is very helpful, and aims to make sure uour stay is as comfortable as possible. would love to visit again, and NOT be there for work.

Great location and lovely home in Pagosa with peaceful outdoor space. Lots of shopping, restaurants and river walk all within a block or two. Host was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The stairs to the loft are a little intimidating. We did not have problems but if I had little kids or my parents with me it would have been concerning (although they could stay on ground floor). Overall, the layout was great for group with plenty of seating, extremely clean and well furnished.

Definitely a perfect place if you want to go to the springs or visit the town without paying the crazy resort fees. Comfortable, well decorated, great shower and laundry available. Was exactly like the pictures. Danielles instructions were perfect, they did not come into my email until right before my reservation which was new to me, but worked out totally fine!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! We were visiting the area for a friend’s wedding..The price was great for the area! We liked that it was right by a golf course so it was very quiet and private.

This townhouse is nothing short of exceptional and we couldn't have found a better location with nicer accommodations. No issues with the interior or negative feedback. We clean a lot and it was nice to have all of the utilities available to keep it nice while we stayed. It was also great to have internet access. The owners were available if we needed anything at all times.

I cannot recommend this property enough. We visit Pagosa every summer and this is hands down my favorite place we’ve stayed. The condo had everything we needed, and was so stylish yet incredibly comfortable. The hosts were incredible. It looked exactly like the photos with all amenities described. The location is walkable to all the shops, and multiple hot spring options. We did the day pass for the resort and visited each evening after a day of exploring (rafting with Pagosa Outside, train ride from Durango, trail ride through San Juan Natl Forest with Elkheart Outfitters). Cannot wait to stay here again!

Great location, very clean, would definitely recommend this listing!

This condo was perfect for our stay. The location is very close to multiple local restaurants that are delicious. We drove up to Wolf Creek to ski multiple days and getting in and out from the condo could not have been easier. The unit itself was very nice. It had two nice sized bedrooms including one king size bed which is unique in my experience on Airbnb. They have a nice comfortable sectional couch that is quite large and easily accommodates multiple people while relaxing. Check in was easy and communication was perfect. I would stay here again.

What a great place to stay and have family time. Having lived in Pagosa for 7 years I knew the area very well. Jennifer’s place was tops and close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Great space and very updated and clean. Best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. Also Jennifer was very kind and helping for our personal needs. So thankful for her and her home. Great place to stay!!! Five Stars all the way.
