Elegant T2 recently redone in close proximity to the Royatonic thermal baths and the Royat Casino (300 m) on a high floor with unobstructed views. Free street parking and several parking lots in the immediate vicinity. Bus B 500 m away that takes you directly to Place de Jaude and Clermont-Ferrand train station. Located at the foot of the thermal baths, it is ideal for spa guests, you will only have to cross the road to access the apartment. We are renting out a superb 33 m² studio, located in a quiet area. Fully furnished and newly equipped. Ideally located: close to the city center (10 min by bus), and also close to several hiking trails, 11 min drive to Puy de Dôme and 7 min to an Intermarché. We provide linens, free access to the studio thanks to a key box (code provided by SMS). The little extra! We have four cats, rather sociable, watch out for allergies! Clélie and Gaëtan.
