The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

Clinging to the ramparts of the Château de Grignan, Maison HOMAN* offers a rare experience in the heart of Grignan. Behind its history-filled stone walls, a stunning 18th-century vaulted room opens onto a light-filled kitchen with a cathedral ceiling. Outside, an intimate suspended garden/terrace, surrounded by lavender, rosemary, and olive trees, invites you to slow down and savour the moment. HOMAN: a star in the Pegasus constellation — “the one of elevated spirit”

Quietness in the Drôme Provençale, in a park with swimming pool, relaxing in the shade of large trees, under the fig trees, by the pool, lulled by the song of birds and cicadas. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
