The Charmille

La Charmille welcomes you near Lake Seilhac. Easy access 15 km from the A20 and A89. This stone house sits on a 4,000-m² (1-acre) plot and features a private swimming pool. 360° views of the countryside. Calm assured. The house has on the ground floor a living room with living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. An office with an extra bed for 2 people, a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sitting area with a double sofa bed.

The cottage grounds open onto ours to make way for a peaceful garden where many seats are at your disposal as well as access to our private salt pool from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
