Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Chamonix

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

It was everything and more 😊 A very warm and above-and-beyond host. Was a treat to live in such a cosy but spacious Chalet, while in Chamonix ⛷️

It was not easy to find the accommodation, or the exact location in Zeilstraße, because the navigation systems led us too far in. But a supermarket was only a few minutes' drive away, the rooms were clean and spacious, sanitary facilities also in perfect condition. We arrived with 6 motorcycles, which could be parked on the driveway directly in front of the front door without any problems, no long hauling, that was really great. In the evening, the six of us cooked, ate and sat on the porch. We slept well and after a night with the motorcycles, we drove on to the Alps. Very nice host, very good accommodation, if I come to the area again, I would stay there again.

We had a perfect stay at the cottage - very cozy and looks exactly like the photos. It is extremely clean and well maintained, the views are stunning and the hosts very responsive. Already looking at coming back again next year as we loved it so much. Thank you so much!! x

The Chalet was in prime position, not too close but well within a short drive to the nearest town & mountains for snowboarding. Getting to the chalet was easy thanks to the hosts excellent communication and directions. The chalet itself is a wonderful place. Clean, extremely roomy, and with the most wonderful views down into the valley of Les Houches. It felt like a home from home for the few days we were present there. Great kitchen, huge dining table and living room and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were pristine and comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough, and it was perfect for a group of nine who had travelled to France by car. When we come back for our next visit, this place will be at the top of our list.

We had a great stay in the apartment! It had a high standard, was cozy and well-decorated, and had all the necessary kitchen equipment. The area was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view up towards Aiguille du Midi. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We would love to come back!

Small functional and clean apartment! Very responsive and available hosts. The apartment is very well located with all activities and amenities within walking distance. A little extra: the balcony with a lovely view of the mountains 👍🏼

The guide is very convenient and can be found. We are Chinese and don't know how to use a lot of things. The host helped us with everything.

Thanks to Rob for hosting us. The apartment is located in the middle of the pedestrian area. All amenities are within a 5-minute walk! Apartment in a row, there is space.

we had a very good stay in Claire and Adrien's accommodation, tastefully decorated accommodation, excellent bedding, the spa bath really a plus after busy days of sightseeing. The only small negative point, if we can say that it is one, is that we would have preferred a dishwasher instead of a washing machine. but it is with great pleasure that we will recommend this accommodation.

Great stay right in the town of Chamonix. Clean and comfortable with nice outdoor space!

Amazing place to enjoy the French Alps. We always love to be near town but also enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains. This location provided both. The hill between the apartment and town was easily walkable although we had a car to get heavier things like groceries if we chose not to walk. The wood burning fireplace was a major plus. The apartment has plenty of space and necessary utensils/pots/pans for cooking if you don’t want to eat out. The showers had good water pressure and provided plenty of hot water. There’s a locker downstairs for your ski gear. It worked well for our family of 3.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

Great welcome and very nice house. Aurélie is very responsive and accommodating. The house is very clean and well appointed. The garden is very pleasant even if close to the busy road. We recommend it and will come back if we come back to the area!

We had a lovely week at Villa Armonia and the hosts were very amenable. The garden, hot tub and pool were great and a short drive to the village where you can find everything you need. Doussard beach a five minute drive. Highly recommend

Yacine welcomed us to her home with a magnificent view of Geneva. Yacine is a very friendly and warm host. I recommend it.

The views were amazing. the couples are the best. Helped us settle in . The furniture's were top notch. I will stay here over and over again.
