At the foot of the Eiffel Tower and a few steps from the Champ de Mars, 18 m2 studio on the 7th floor with elevator (up to the 6th) in a very beautiful Haussmann building. Very pleasant, refurbished with an optimized plan and quality materials: equipped kitchen with microwave oven, very comfortable sofa bed, dining table, dressing room, optimized shower room with toilet and storage. Beautiful view of Paris.

Spacious and bright apartment in vintage style, located in Batignolles. It has all the amenities you need: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, plenty of storage and even a turntable. The bedding includes a queen size bed (160 x 200). The apartment is on the 6th floor with elevator access. It is quiet and very pleasant to stay in. Close to Rue de Lévis with all its shops and restaurants.
