This nice little cottage, near our house, is nestled in a pleasant green setting with splendid views. Walking trails start from the surrounding area. The Chamrousse resort, popular with the people of Grenoble, is 35 minutes away by car, Alpe d'Huez is 1 hour away, and Lake Laffrey is 25 minutes away. 800 m away: enchanting medieval castle, small grocery store, pizzeria and pharmacy. Electric vehicle charging station at extra cost. Unfortunately, there is no safety equipment to accommodate a baby or young child in addition.

The studio is fully renovated, ideal for families, professionals or others with its equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, stove, hood, television, coffee maker (coffee and sugar provided), teapot (tea provided) other appliances can be rented (raclette, croque monsieur, fondue, etc.).
