I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was quiet, it was possible to modify the temperature (AC is very quiet) and the bedroom has nice curtains that block out the light very well. The kitchen has lots of equipments to cook and enough dishes for several meals; the fridge is very large too. The one thing that bothered me a bit was the back cushions of the couch, which sometimes fell back as they are not attached to the couch, but they were very comfortable. The building is safe and clean; exercise some caution outside after dark. Many shops close by as well as the subway, really practical for people who are on foot. Important: when looking for the building, go to the address provided by Sinda, not to the one displayed by AirBnb.

We stayed at Noah’s apartment during the F1 weekend. His place is literally right in the centre of where all the happenings are located. It is just right next to everything, the metro is just a few mins away, all the many different restaurants to choose from, and I was lucky to secure a parking right across from his building during the busy weekend! The hosts were on top of things sending clear reminders ahead of time making sure my stay was stress-free, worry-free and hassle-free. His apartment is exactly like described and we will definitely stay at his apartment again next time we visit Montreal. Thank you for your great hospitality!

The property was as nice as its photos-clean, great location & views, & easy to access. There was an issue with the ac that was a temporary building issue. Leila was very responsive and tried to help us resolve it as much as she could.

Super nice and modern Penthouse apartment in the perfect location. It is in the middle of and walking distance to Old Town, downtown, Griffintown, the canals, also with lots of nice places to eat and get breakfast/coffee or groceries right around the corner and a 5 minute walk to the metro. I preferred this location than being right in one of the key places (like Old Montreal) which would then mean being further from the other sites. The unit itself is beautiful with modern kitchen/decorations and awesome city views in the floor to ceiling windows. Plenty of room for all of us to hangout in the big living and dining rooms. Roofdeck was clutch too. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Montreal

I had a great stay at this apartment during a recent trip to Montreal. The space was spotless and well-prepared when I arrived—clean linens, fresh towels, and everything in good working order. It felt like a comfortable home base right from the start. The location was especially convenient. Easy to get around the city, with transit and walkable spots nearby, yet still quiet enough to relax at the end of the day. Getting in and out was straightforward, and the host provided clear, helpful instructions throughout. Overall, a solid and stress-free stay. Would absolutely book again the next time I'm in town.

We stayed for a week at Mariana’s place and had a wonderful experience! Great place and an even better host — Mariana was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and felt just like home. They provided everything you would need for a comfortable stay, which we really appreciated. The location is amazing and walkable to pretty much everything. Just a heads-up: there were quite a few homeless people in the area, but we didn’t have any issues. The noise from the pub beside the building didn’t bother us at all, but if you’re a light sleeper, it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated in a boho style, creating a cozy atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive to all my questions, making the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place! 😊

Très agréable séjour.

The home was tidy, clean and very comfortable. The checkin was seamless and everything was as described. A super peaceful neighborhood with the Metro at your doorstep made it an easy launching pad to explore the city. All the beds were cozy, bathrooms extra clean, and we had everything we needed for a great trip. Host Claudia was amazingly responsive, very communicative and has great suggestions. Overall a top notch experience that made our trip, and which I wouldn’t hesitate using again next time I’m in the city! Bravo!

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

Le logement correspond bien à ce qui est décrit. Il est très accessible et est dans un quartier calme. Il était très bien équipé pour cuisiner. De plus, il était très propre à notre arrivée. Le métro n’est pas loin, mais uniquement pour aller en ville. Il y a des boulangeries, petits supermarchés à proximité pour faire ses courses, le marché avec toutes ses belles couleurs et produits et même des petits magasins sympas qui valent le détour. Idem pour bruncher ou autre. Quoiqu’il en soit vu que je reviens régulièrement à Montréal et si l’occasion m’est donnée de le relouer, je le ferai sans hésitation. Merci pour votre confiance.

it was my second time staying in Yang's place and both experiences were great. easy check-in and check out instructions, tidy and organized, good communication with the host. the apartment is exactly as it is shown in the ad. it is really close to place des arts and with lots of restaurants and venues in walkable distance. there is a lot of construction sites and public improvements going on in Montreal, and even when there was something going on on the street right in front of the building, the loft is completely silent.

Julien was an excellent host and easy to communicate with! He let us know when the Airbnb was available early ahead of check-in. The place is spacious and well-kept. Kitchen very well-stocked. Bathroom very clean. Some attention to detail could be paid to the cleanliness of the main table and the sheets in the second bedroom. Location extremely convenient for public transport. The second bed is just a mattress, no bed frame, and it’s the same room as the Gym picture. All in all, great experience and excellent value.

We absolutely loved Harry's massive, modern and spotless apartment in Mile End, Montreal. Check-in was a breeze, the parking spot was clutch, and we loved the neighborhood with so many food, coffee and shopping options nearby. Harry was always available if we had any questions - and shared amazing food and drink recommendations. We can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay. Everything was great. The place is very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Nice yard for the kids to place. The host was extremely nice checking in on us and gave recommendations for local grocery store. We would return in a heart beat. Definitely recommend.

The house is spacious and very comfortable. Our group of 6 found it very easy to socialize, but it was also easy find a quiet space to chill out away from the group. Getting in and out of the house was simple because of the code lock. Our hosts even left champagne and chocolate to help celebrate the new year, which was a nice touch. Thank you for a lovely stay! One thing to be aware of, especially if you're coming from the US: Montreal is experiencing a very high number of car thefts, targeting cars with US plates and in nice neighborhoods like this one.

My five friends and I rented Audrey and Simon's home for a long weekend trip to Montreal. The home is absolutely beautiful with large comfortable common spaces and a beautiful backyard with hot tub. It was very easy to find, and spotless upon our arrival. Simon and Audrey were extremely responsive and friendly, answering messages within minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with great restaurants nearby, and easy access to public transportation getting you to every point in the city. One thing I would note, the listing says that there are air mattresses available in the two secondary bedrooms, but in fact there is only one queen size air mattress. This wasn't a problem for our group as we had no problem sharing beds, and the air mattress itself is very comfortable, with the basement providing ample room and its own bathroom. This was a fantastic trip to an amazing city, and we would love to stay at Audrey and Simon's home again if we return!
