A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Well located studio apartment. One double bed and a double sofa bed - both located in the living room. Would suit 4 people in the sense of 2 couples. There is a mezzanine area accessed by a ladder but we didn't try to venture up there so perhaps this could be utilised as a separate sleeping area if required (but tbc by Luca for those wanting to query this). The apartment is very clean and presentable - located back from the main road in a quiet apartment block. It's only about 10-15 minutes walk to the ski lift, which is no big deal. Luca was an excellent, helpful host and he ensured everything went well for us during our stay - absolutely no complaints. I wasn't aware of Champoluc before I stayed here and what a gem of a place. The skiing was excellent and the resort is very professionally run. Champoluc itself is a very chilled place which suited us down to the ground. I can highly recommend both Champoluc and Luca's apartment. I will definitely be back in the future. Well done Luca.
