Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Champs-Élysées, Paris

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

The apartment was beautiful, well located and quite spacious. We felt very safe in the building and rarely heard anything outside, even though we were on the ground floor. We made a couple of day trips out of the city but, otherwise, did lots of things in walking distance from this apartment. Lots of food options, the market across the street had friendly staff, the bakery down the street and pharmacy all super convenient. Would love to have stayed longer. What a great apartment!!

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Marie met us when we arrived, took us in and showed us around the apartment. Any questions we had I was able to text her and she responded right away. Very very nice lady. The apartment was in a nice area, just a few blocks from a major metro hub and in a neighborhood full of restaurants, grocery just next door. Really nice stay- highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I loved the location. After long days of exploring, it was a peaceful retreat. There are several cafes and brasseries nearby. Phillipe was very helpful when I asked for dining recommendations. I hope to come back to this lovely apartment if I’m in Paris.

Impeccable studio in a wonderfully quiet but certainly not boring neighborhood. Walkable distance to the best of Paris: Eiffel towel, Arch de Triomphe and champs Élysée. I will certainly come back.

Vincent’s home is the perfect visit to Paris. It’s in a really accessible area with multiple landmarks, metros, restaurants, cafes, etc.

It was my first time in Paris and it was unforgettable. The neighborhood is very nice. Camille's apartment is very well located, close to the subway and bus stations, which made it very easy to get around. The place is very quiet and peaceful. We loved it and want to go back

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was very clean, peaceful, and perfectly located just a short walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. Everything was exactly as described, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Anne’s place is just as she describes (think Emily in Paris vibes 😊). It’s a cute little apartment, great for solo/couple. Has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and is steps away from metro station which makes it super convenient to access all of Paris! Everything is fine, but there are three nuances. The sofa is not long, my husband is 175 cm tall and he was already suffering and his feet were resting on the crossbar, the mattress itself sags at the feet, so I did not sleep because of the pain until I put something under the mattress. Maybe if you are alone it will be better, but for the two of us it was uncomfortable, so I would warn those who are tall that this is a problem. The second nuance is cleaning, it is, alas, superficial, I would like it to be more thorough. Also, if you are used to washing your hair with two hands, this will not be possible, for some reason the shower attachment is at waist height. Otherwise, everything was as described. You can use all household items and that's good, there's a coffee machine, toiletries. In other words, this accommodation was suitable in terms of price and location, it is an ideal place for walking around Paris and it is the most beautiful moment. But if I could know the nuances, I would think. This is not a reproach to the hostess, she is very nice and friendly, but for future tenants I think it will be useful to know.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

My mum and I had a fabulous stay at Christine’s Airbnb in Paris. It was beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic area with many cafes restaurants and bars. Christine’s apartment had everything you could possibly want for, and we felt right at home. Christine was a lovely friendly host and showed us everything we needed to know. We hope to stay longer next time!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

It's a small but very nice apartment, it's as if you're really living in Paris. I just don't recommend it for more than two people. It's really small for those of us who live in the Americas.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Marie was a great host, communicated well and gave excellent instructions in good time. The flat was perfect for a sightseeing base, good price and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others 🤩
