Very well equipped 2-bedroom apartment in a modern house, with a nice view. We live in a quiet area, 20 meters from the start of the hiking trails and 25 minutes from the Chamrousse ski slopes. Main room with equipped kitchen and lounge/TV area, one bedroom (160 cm bed), one bathroom with washing machine. Close to Uriage (2.5 km from shops), you have access to a parking space inside the courtyard. We live next door and are happy to let you know what fun activities to do around our home.

I do NOT accept people who have bed bugs, for the good of all! following unpleasant surprises, do not bring more people than declared! 5 maximum! Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.
