Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

The small house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 25 m2 on two levels On the ground floor: dining room with fully equipped kitchenette, (SENSEO pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave...) living room and toilet. Parties and receptions are not accepted. Located in the heart of the Rhône Valley, halfway between Lyon and Valence, the Plaine gîte offers a 100 m² independent house that is quiet and full of charm, accommodating up to five people. Close to the Rhône Valley vineyards (Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu, Château-Grillet, Saint Joseph...) and the Pilat mountain range, and close to the activity sites of Feyzin and Roussillon or the Saint Alban power station.
