Rental of an independent apartment located in an inner courtyard of our main residence. Bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, living room and kitchen on the 1st . Quiet place, right in the center of Cormaranche En Bugey. Nearby shop (bar/restaurant, vival). Free parking on the square next to the residence. Rich place of outdoor activities, walking, hiking, cycling (many passes), downhill mountain biking in the municipality, fishing... The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker.

Gite familial en Valromey

Nous souhaitons vous faire partager une belle région, verte, montagneuse, boisée, avec des lacs et de magnifiques villages authentiques. Situé au sud du massif du Jura au pied du Grand Colombier dans le Valromey. Randonnées à proximité à pied ou en VTT (Massif du Colombier, les Plans d'Hotonnes, le plateau de Retord, sur Lyand). En vélo de route au travers des petits villages. Vous y apprécierez le calme, les grands espaces. A : 1H d'Annecy, de Genève, de Chambery, 1 H 30 de Chamonix.

For a relaxing holiday: 45€/night for 2 people, and 15 €/night per person sup, pleasant accommodation, located on the first floor of our house, in small traditional village at 850 m altitude (see internet "plateau-hauteville" or "Champdor.jimdo"). Enjoy with your children the swimming of Champdor at 800 m. Portico for children from 3-10 years old in closed courtyard (under the supervision of parents). Access to west facing terrace. Bicycles+helmets for 2 adults and 1 child possible.

Ideal site for lovers of hiking (Saint Jacques de Compostelle), cycling (legendary stage of the Tour de France) and the ViaRhona for cycle tourists! Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

Independent apartment in the back of a former Bugist farm in the middle of woods and fields, you will have a great stay with friends and family. The decor is resolutely contemporary and colorful for the living room and neo-retro for the shower room. The kitchen/dining area has the essentials to warm up or cook single dishes. Located in the hamlet of Ballon overlooking the city, it offers you calm and comfort for your stays of 2 nights minimum.
