Installés sur la terrasse vous pourrez profiter dès le lever du soleil d'une vue imprenable sur le Valromey et le massif du Grand Colombier. En contrebas d'un petit village, vous êtes en proximité de notre petit parc animalier (chèvre naine, lapins, oies, canards, poules) , dans un environnement calme. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature.

For a relaxing holiday: 45€/night for 2 people, and 15 €/night per person sup, pleasant accommodation, located on the first floor of our house, in small traditional village at 850 m altitude (see internet "plateau-hauteville" or "Champdor.jimdo"). Enjoy with your children the swimming of Champdor at 800 m. Portico for children from 3-10 years old in closed courtyard (under the supervision of parents). Access to west facing terrace. Bicycles+helmets for 2 adults and 1 child possible.

The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

This accommodation has a resolutely unique style. It is a charming stone house. It is composed of a kitchen, a dining room bathed in light. A staircase leads to a 1st mezzanine serving a toilet, bathroom and a sleeping area with a 160 bed. Another staircase takes you to the living room equipped with a sofa bed (high-end) and TV. A final staircase guides you to a cute attic bedroom composed of 2 single beds for 2 children (the beds can be brought together to make a queen size)

This place for 4/5 people (possibility of adding a baby kit and/or an extra bed) ideally located in the city center of Seyssel. Step-free attached to the easy to find parking. Everything is done on foot.(bakery,market on Mondays,butcher, pizzeria, bar restaurant ect..With views of the Rhone, the Viarhona nearby, the surrounding mountains, on vacation or passing through, the apartment will be perfect for you. The sofa bed has been replaced by a brand new and very comfortable!

In order to continue offering you the brochy's studio at low prices, Winter: Heating is automated and set to 20.5 degrees. Summer: Air conditioning is available for your use. The decor is resolutely contemporary and colorful for the living room and neo-retro for the shower room. The kitchen/dining area has the essentials to warm up or cook single dishes. Located in the hamlet of Ballon overlooking the city, it offers you calm and comfort for your stays of 2 nights minimum.
