Our chalet is located in St Luc in the heart of the Alps. It is a 5-min walk from the center of the village of Saint-Luc. It is a 2-minute walk from the baths/SPA of the Grand Hotel du Cervin and 10 minutes from the funicular. On the ground floor: entrance hall, toilet, equipped kitchen, large living room with fireplace open to the living room Upstairs: 2 large double bedrooms with access to the balcony and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub Outside, a large terrace around the chalet with panoramic views

Du juin à octobre, 2 "pass Anniviers" sont à disposition et donnent accès gratuitement ou à 50% à beaucoup de commodités > Remontées Mécaniques d'Anniviers, Piscines, Tennis, Minigolf, Visite culturelle, Car postaux... (voir site internet).

Nice little attic apartment, with character.

Nice 36 m2 apartment tastefully renovated in a quiet residence near the center of Chandolin. Located on the top floor, without elevator access, this 2-room attic is ideal for 2 (to 4) people. The balcony offers a splendid view of the Val d'Anniviers; located south-facing, it will allow you to enjoy the sun all day! A private garage is available in the residence. From Chandolin, many hiking and mountain bike trails will allow you to reach the peaks of Val d'Anniviers.

Charming 26 m² studio on the ground floor of a renovated granary, in the heart of the old village of Chandolin. Ideal for two guests. The south-facing balcony enjoys full sun and offers stunning views over the Val d'Anniviers and the Matterhorn! The village offers plenty of activities year-round: skiing, hiking, mountain biking... Restaurants, grocery shops and sports stores are close by. Free outdoor parking space right next to the chalet.

Ideal for 4 people, possible up to 6 (2 extra beds for children). Kitchen, windows and heating completely renovated for optimal confort.

Booking terms The rental price does not include cleaning. You must specify if you want to do the cleaning yourself or if we have to order a final cleaning for you for an additional fee (150.-). Bed linens and bath linens on request, charged at 35 CHF per person. (or with set up 45.- p.p) Tourist taxes included in the rental price. From June to October 4 Anniversary passes for free.

Close to the St-Luc/Chandolin ski area, shops and the old village of Chandolin. For children: on request, setting up a small treasure hunt in the apartment with a small souvenir as a reward

The apartment offers an exceptional view of the Matterhorn and the Rhone Valley. Surrounded by nature, you can relax and unwind. Ideal for skiing in winter, as the ski resort can be reached directly. In summer, the location is suitable for high alpine hikes, as Chandolin is already at an altitude of about 2000 m. An ideal location to experience adventures.

New cozy studio above St-Luc

Your vacation in the mountains! Cozy studio (max 2 people) for rent for a stay or vacation in the mountains in peace and in the great outdoors. Newly built in 2022, it is located at 1740 m, on a sunny balcony on the right bank of the Val d'Anniviers, on the heights of St-Luc, from where you can enjoy a splendid view of many of the Alpine peaks.
