We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very clean, ideally located in the heart of the village, which allows you to do everything on foot. It is also close to very good restaurants and beautiful hikes. The atmosphere was very authentic and the host responds very quickly.

We absolutely loved this place! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The area was beautiful and quiet, just a few minutes walk to the lake. It was easy to drive to interlaken and surrounding areas with lots to do. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional stay! The accommodation was as described, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Peggy was very welcoming, responsive and good tips for discovering the region. The garden is beautiful and perfectly maintained, ideal for relaxing. We loved having our meals on the pretty stone table while enjoying a great view. We had a great time. The description of the accommodation and amenities is perfectly in line with reality. Beautiful views of Lake Geneva. The place is very nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. It feels like home. Jean Luc is a very friendly, caring and accommodating host. We recommend it 100%, you won't be disappointed.

Our weekend in Paola's chalet was wonderful. The chalet is spacious, wonderfully decorated and very confortable fir 3 families and 5 kids. We enjoyed our stay and already want to come back! it was perfect!!!

The house is beautiful and clean is very good enough for 5 adults or two couples and three children of the third bed in the hall is comfortable, and a sofa of course, two bedrooms, one mammam, one open kitchen, and a full breadwinner equipped with pots in which the right of a person and in which 6 people are sufficient. The 💪👍 house is sufficient to reach the car at the door. It is necessary to reach the car at the door.

This is a lovely apartment with beautiful views of the mountain and light and airy. It is very well equipped, comfortable and had everything needed. It is close to the shops which are about 5 mins away and also close to the station which is really handy. Tatjana was really good at communicating and all instructions were really clear. She also went the extra mile asking if I preferred soft or harder pillows! That was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed our stay, would not hesitate to recommend and would love to come back!

Lovely little flat in beautiful surroundings, very close to the ski lifts and close to some lovely hiking trails. Would recommend.

What an amazing place to stay in with great hosts who were super friendly and helpful. Clean cozy place with everything needed including some surprising delicious extras as a welcoming present. Super responsive hosts check on you also even if you do not have any questions. I can go on and on with positive remarks but it would take much space so I will make it short and give it 10/10! We felt very comfortable. Great location, the shuttle to Zermatt runs regularly and you can leave the car in the parking garage. Susanne was very helpful and always responded quickly. It is important that you read Susanne's documentation well in advance, otherwise it will be difficult to find the apartment. But Susanne has created a super detailed description, so it's easy. We'd love to visit again.

Small cute studio near the gondola station and coop. We were able to check in earlier and even check out later without a problem. Achilles responds quickly and is accommodating. There are cooking utensils & the most important thing is there. The swimming pool of the hotel can also be used, but we did not use it as we were on the road.

Very nice apartment, very clean, well furnished, with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay in Crans-Montana. The location is ideal, close to the center, with a magnificent view. A great place for 2 families, or for a larger group, has everything you need and more! Fantastic views, peaceful surrounding and enough space to enjoy and relax. Nicole was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend her place.

Magical family weekend, in this beautiful chalet. We felt right at home and had a happy time that we'll keep forever. The chalet is equipped with all services, we especially appreciated the dishwasher and the on-site availability of a grill, and the raclette machine. Although we were all adults, the chalet is definitely designed for families with children as well. Pets are also allowed and this was very important to us in choosing the accommodation. The chalet exuded history, family, "swissness" and that really enchanted us. Special note of merit for Loïc who has always been super responsive and available. The village where the chalet is located is very small, the opposite of the concept of over tourism :) just what we were looking for. We breathed peace, nature, simplicity, family in this enchanted place. Thank you for everything Loïc and family, we will definitely be back!

June 1-7, 2025 In the "Raccard" we spent wonderful time with our Lagotto dog Giulia Vacation days. The cottage is very nicely decorated. You enter the house through a large glass door and enters the cozy, relatively large living room with dining table. The kitchen is perfectly furnished, the bathroom is great. The large bed with white Bed linen on the upper floor is very comfortable. All rooms have windows that Most are equipped with mosquito screens. Garden seating area with magnificent views and the small balcony next to the Entrance doors invite you to linger... the sound of a brook and birdsong are the only sounds... A quiet oasis of well-being through and through!!! Vacation make in the "Raccard" highly recommended ... 100 points!!! Fritz and Annemarie

What a view! The location of Raffael's place was perfect. It's right in the centre of town and there are great views in all directions. The apartment was well equipped with high-end kitchen appliances. It had plenty of space with comfortable furniture. We would highly recommend this place! We wish we could have stayed here longer.

The house is impressive! Very well taken care of and, most importantly, clean. The balcony has a wonderful view to the mountains and you can enjoy that view while having a meal prepared in the kitchen of the house. Frédéric is a very good host and he even allowed us to check out later. He didn’t had to and yet he did. That was very nice and it shows how good of a host he is and how much attention he gives to his guests! I had a very good time while in this house and I definitely recommend it!
