There is a balcony. 2 air conditions (1 in the Bedroom and 1 in the Living room). Bathroom include shower with rainfall shower head and bath tub. This apartment is located in Chang Khlan area in Chiang Mai. Easy access to Night Bazaar, Old town area and the airport. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,500 Bath per month. Cleaning is only done once before check in. I have incorporated my collection of antique furniture into every corner of the space. The house will suit those who like to experience and cherish the traditional Thai way of life. (Picky people should beware.) This is an old house. Unlike big city apartments, it's not a hotel. Again, please don't choose here if you're a nit picker) 10 minutes walk to the main attractions, restaurants, cafes and night markets of the ancient city.
