We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. Benjamin and Kathrin were very quick, proactive and great hosts. They answered all queries within 5-10 minutes. We had issue with water supply one night after we got back from outside but they made sure it's resolved within next one hour. We travelled with three small kids, hence all amenities in the apartment made our stay very comfortable. The place is located very close to airport like 15 minutes and right in the middle of all happening places around which isn't more than 10 minutes by cab. Cab was very easy to get and place was easy to locate. Overall loved the stay and would highly recommend with or without kids.

I proposed to my girlfriend here! That’s how I love this place. Step out of the balcony and a breathtaking view with mountains, rice fields and traditional Thai houses will greet you. The modern architecture of Floating Villa itself blends well into the surrounding landscape. The house is spacious and well-equipped - you get exactly what is seen in the photos. Last but not least, my thanks to the host Pran for her hospitality and helpfulness before and during my stay. I appreciate the attentiveness both with me and my proposal planner which made everything went smoothly.

The little wooden house is wonderful. The Ratana family is very hospitable. We spent three dreamy days in Chiang Mai. There were also two cute little dogs. We picked the mangoes from the tree right outside the door and enjoyed the huge and beautiful courtyard. We will definitely come back and stay for a longer time!

Tammey House was one of our best Airbnb experiences. The location is 10/10 so convenient to walk everywhere or hop in a Grab or on a Songthaew. The home is comfortable and beautiful. Khun Tam is so friendly and eager to help in any way she can. She helped arrange a car to take us to Doi Inthanon and also recommended many local activities and restaurants. We would love to come back again.

This cozy Thai Cottage is a little gem with a great location for exploring Chiang Mai. Ben was very responsive and helpful. And I can't say enough about how kind and efficient the maid was. Name Hom (not sure that spelling is correct!) She cleaned every day and often brought fruit, avocados and a lovely good-bye gift. Felt well taken care of and loved having the peacefulness of this place to come home to. Thank you
