Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Chang Phueak

I’ve been to Chiang Mai many times and this place was definitely my fave! The location is incredibly convenient as it’s right in the middle of Nimman, so you can walk everywhere (or easily call a Grab). The space itself was nice, stylish, and spacious. The building has a small gym and an outdoor pool, which was nice too. The only thing I wish was improved was the smell of sewage in the master bathroom. It gets pretty intense, but they did offer cleanings and someone came by to pour a solution down the drain that temporarily helped with the scent. Beer’s communication overall was great and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Thanks for a great stay!

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Everything about this place is well thought out and perfect for remote work. The desk setup is solid with an ergonomic chair, a monitor on an adjustable arm, and a reliable WiFi connection that handled video calls without a problem. There is even a whiteboard for jotting down tasks or planning your day. The apartment also comes with a 55 inch smart TV and four Bluetooth speakers. You can connect to them easily by plugging in the adapter stored in the cabinet under the TV. It was great for background music while working or relaxing after hours. The co host was flexible and allowed us a late checkout, which I really appreciated. The bed is comfortable and the overall space is clean and functional. The view is awesome and made long coding sessions a lot more enjoyable. There were some building renovations during my stay but they only happened on two days out of the week. It didn’t really impact me. I just played music through the speakers and kept working. Recommended!!

Good location. Accessible to both Maya Mall and One Nimman. The apartment itself is dated but maintained. There seemed to be some minor aircon water drip issues but overall a good value stay.

Fantastic stay! Alice was a wonderful host, and the apartment was perfect for a digital nomad—great WiFi, a comfy workspace, and all the essentials. Highly recommend!

Great apartment in Nimman. We had the best stay at Chonlana's studio apartment. Great space with everything you need. The bed was soooo comfortable!!! Great shower too! Safe area with pool and gym. Walking distance to the hub of Nimman. Nimman district is a fab area full of life, colour, crafts, fashion and cafes. Chonlana was awesome to communicate with. So easy and efficient. Even the security guard greeted you with a big smile every day. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Chiang Mai! Excellent value!

Such a wonderful stay! Kate was very kind and responsive. I had a bit of trouble with the wifi in the first few days. She got everything back up and working right away. She was very accommodating and the place was very comfortable and safe. I absolutely loved staying here, everything was within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again!

this was one of the most beautiful and comfortable airbnb we've stay at! apartment looks exactly like photos with beautiful lighting. everything was perfect, comfortable. location is just 2 min walk beside maya mall and easily walkable to nimman area for great restaurants, markets, cafes and bars. the host were also super responsive to any requests! overall we had a really pleasant experience :)

Great location- very short walk to Maya shopping centre and a few minutes taxi ride to the old town. Very clean (no ants in sight), spacious and plenty of towels and bottles of water provided. Check in instructions are very clear (with photos) and the host is very friendly and helpful. Three of us stayed and we all agreed that if we visit Chiang mai again we would definitely choose this place again.

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai. This is a trip I planned for the purpose of ‘rest‘ because my body and mind were exhausted due to heavy work. I just needed a quiet room, and I found a place with a lot of cafes and restaurants that were easy to walk to, and this was it. If it's not just the sound of an occasional plane, it's very quiet. I saw the reviews before booking, and it was a trip where I prepared earplugs, but I stayed without earplugs. It bothered me at first, but I got used to it over time. Very famous restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minute walk. Also, I had the pleasure of buying pineapples and mangoes for sale near the road every day and eating them at home. (The refrigerator is big and nice) The washing machine and detergent were prepared, so I took a small amount of clothes, and during my week-long stay, I really felt like I was living at home doing the laundry myself. Every time you need help, I appreciated the really quick response from the host. I rested well for a week, and I want to stay again next time.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day out. If you have a car, the place is not far from the main attractions, which made getting around really easy. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist if I had any questions. One highlight was the air conditioning — it worked perfectly and kept the whole place cool and comfortable. This place was extremely clean and well organized. The host are very nice and responsive. Anytime I had a question they always responded quickly and were very helpful with whatever we needed. The area is very quiet and relaxing, and the price is well worth it. The place has all the supplies you will need. The people are very friendly and I really enjoyed my time here.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I'm already thinking about coming back to Chiang Mai, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

The house was exactly like the pictures. It has 3 large en-suite bedrooms, all beautiful. It was very spacious, quiet and private. There was access to a pool and a gym, usually we were the only people there. There is 24 hour security at the gate, and the guards were very polite and friendly. Bill sent us a list of local amenities that was helpful. We hired a scooter for the duration of our stay, although the grabs are reasonably priced to get into the old town. There was a Thai restaurant and some local bars that we walked to. Overall we would recommend this accommodation and we would certainly come back if we were in the area again.

The house itself is small, and there is no garden. The owner is very helpful, responds immediately. A very polite person. It was a pleasure to communicate with him.

The house is lovely, comfortable, has everything you need. Sriploy and her sons have thought about everything, and they're ever responsive to any requests. They've invested in their guests feeling like home, and that's exactly how it feels to be there. We spent an entire month at the location, it's private, away from the city and crowds, so if you're looking to disconnect from the world, this is the perfect location. Highly recommend renting a scooter or a car to explore the mountains, hot springs and beautiful farm lands spread across the area. There are plenty of local restaurants around if that's your thing, if you prefer to cook hey have a shared kitchen with everything one might need. Banana trees, mangoes, longan fruits aplenty, the little pond with fish flopping in and out, a myraid of birds flying across the fields, we loved everything about Siri's place. There's still burning outside their property that can be a bother but not the host's fault. Otherwise perfect location.

Biw, did all he could to make our stay comfortable. We stayed here two weeks. He connected us with a friend to get a car rental. Got us The house had basic supplies ready in great quantity (tissues, papertowels, toilet paper, coffee,water etc.) Our Family (3kids) were pretty bummed to find out the community pool was closed during our stay(April '25). Double check its back online. Biw did get our family a small pool for the driveway we used for our time there..... Thanks! The neighborhood is very friendly. Our kids played outside alot and we borrowed a scale and babysat dogs from a few of the residents. Our kids wanted to take several of the neighbors adorable dogs home with us. :) Thanks Biw.
