This is a new two-story single-family home adjacent to the Tongyeong Canal. This is a new house built by an acquaintance couple for a villa after retirement. You can relax while watching the sea and passing ships. It is a single house in the yard, and the first floor has a living room, kitchen, toilet, and a simple bed, and the second floor has a bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room. The terrace connected to the bedroom on the second floor has an outdoor sofa, so you can enjoy a simple wine or tea while watching the sea.
