House holiday rentals in Chanhassen

This is our 2nd time at Harmala’s place. Comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Harmala responded quickly when one of the remote controls to the tv needed batteries. The pool was perfect as usual. There was a van and blue car that came by daily to work in the field and tend to the chickens but they did not interfere with our stay at all. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to our next trip here.

Great place. Eric had wonderful recommendations for walkable restaurants and other things to do in the area. The yard and garage area were a hit. Very friendly host.

My wife and I loved staying at this beautiful house!! The house was extremely nice, the pool was incredible, and patio was very relaxing. The house was also perfectly clean and had a great ambience and decor. We thought the hosts were great and they did an amazing job making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our trip. We would highly recommend staying there!!

It was cold one night and my kids wanted to have a swim after dark. Samantha's husband came over and turned the heat up on the pool to make sure we could have a swim and create some great memories. Samantha was extremely responsive and flexible with check-in time. Everything was clean and beautiful. They also had nice sound bars and subwoofers on both televisions to make movies on the big TVs that much better. My kids raved about how nice the house was and how much fun they were having. amazing, quiet home well located for any attractions. only issue was the front door and back door codes being swapped.

The pool was a huge hit for us! Stayed by the water for three days, nice deck area that had a covered seating area. The backyard felt very private, hardly saw or heard any neighbors. Very spacious in the house, large rooms and bathrooms. Would defiantly stay again!!

The home was perfect for our group. It’s in a convenient location. The driveway was big enough to fit the 5 pickup trucks we had. It was nicely decorated and clean. The games, pool, and park nearby kept us busy. Everything was labeled and organized in the kitchen. There was a first aid kit which came in handy for a bandaid when a kiddo got an owie. The deck is super spacious for a large group. Jared & Amy were great to work with. One of the kids forgot a doll and they offered to ship it to us. That was very kind of them and very much appreciated. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay for a girls weekend. There is a great living room we could all spread out in, and huge kitchen, and a hot tub out back. All the beds were conferable and the space was clean. Kitchen is well stocked.

It was a beautiful space & very spacious as well! It felt much bigger than what the photos even looked like. Everything was super easy to use, it’s a very safe and beautiful neighborhood and great location, you are so close to everything with a max 15 mins. Mycah was so friendly & checked in on us every day to make sure we were taken care of, she was a great host & we definitely want to come back here again!!

Sunset Shores is an absolute gem. From the moment we stepped inside, we knew we had found something special. The home is beautifully updated with a clean, modern design that still manages to feel incredibly cozy and welcoming. Every detail has been so thoughtfully considered — it’s clear that Sarah, the hosts, take great pride in offering an exceptional guest experience. The location was absolutely beautiful. Nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but right on the Mississippi River, it offered the perfect balance of privacy and natural beauty. It was truly lovely to sit out on the deck or in the three-season porch and watch the river go by. The calming sound of the water and the serene surroundings made it easy to relax and unwind. I do not have enough space here to write everything I want about how wonderful this home was but I will just say Sarah the host was amazing to work with the houses and location are beautiful and I look very much forward to a future stay here.

I live in Victoria and rented Brooke’s place for overflow guests in town for a party, and it was perfect. The venue was 500’ away, in downtown Victoria; and we could not have been happier with the house, and location! Victoria is a beautiful, small town, close to so much nature! Between the fishing lakes, hiking trails, The Arboretum, 3 great wineries within minutes, Valley Fair 20 minutes away, 35 minutes to downtown Minneapolis/major sports venues, there is no reason to stay anywhere else! Thank you!

wonderful stay! The house was in great condition and perfect for the needs of our family. We appreciated the pack and play and high chair available. the neighborhood is wonderful and we enjoyed walking to Lake Harriet most days. Only downside is there is no yard, but we were able to spend our time walking to the lake pavilion or a local park which kept our toddler occupied.

We were in town to celebrate our 92 yr old mother's birthday week and having a lovely place to stay made our visit perfect. The property is clean, well stocked, internet was good for husband working and furniture was comfy. My only (and it's only a personal preference...) is that the light bulbs were too office-ish. A bit glarey. Other than that, this is a wonderful, close-in, great place to stay. Thank you

A great place to stay!! Was very walkable to downtown Excelsior and easily drivable to Wayzata. A cozy spot for a cool summer night! Already hoping to go back next summer!

The home was beautiful and had everything you needed. You need at least a week to enjoy all the benefits of the home. Location was in a very good area. Friendly neighborhood with beautiful homes too. Beds were big and very comfortable.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It is right on the river and is in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a wonderful dock with the place and there is a marina with boat ramp and rentals about 500 feet away. We fished off of the dock all week and caught Drum, Walleye, and Perch. Hudson WI is 5 minutes away and Stillwater MN is about 15 minutes away. Both towns are full of good restaurants and shops.

Hasan’s Airbnb was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we were wowed by the spacious interior, which felt much larger than expected. It was perfect for our group retreat, offering multiple comfortable areas for deep conversations—the deck, upstairs patio, and dining room all created a welcoming environment. Parking was easy, fitting our three cars without issue. One of the standout amenities was the grill—we used it twice, and it made for such a fun way to cook meals together and bond. The home was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed. We also appreciated the games, like air hockey and corn hole, which added to the experience. Hasan himself was an exceptional host—communicative, accommodating, and kind, granting us extra time for checkout. His hospitality made all the difference, and we truly felt at home. We’d 100% stay here again and highly recommend Hasan’s Airbnb!

It was a pleasure for me and my family to be staying at Francis’s place, we traveled from The Bahamas to attend my son’s high school graduation. We would like to return on our vacation in the future.

This is one of the most beautiful Airbnb locations we have ever seen! Beautiful trees, large pond, big sky with gorgeous sunsets, 5-acre property. We saw copious wildlife -- all kinds of birds including ducks, egrets, humming birds, woodpeckers and large birds of prey; badgers, frogs, rabbits and deer. The lodge is a gorgeous renovation with lovely wooden interior and lots of windows. The kitchen is modern and in pristine condition. Truly winning experience for adults and families. (The house is not child-proofed and has staircases between levels, not ideal for small children.)

Brittney’s place is absolutely adorable! 🥰 Love, love, LOVE everything about her delightful, comfy, cozy house. I slept 10 hours the first night and 8 hours each night there after. My bedroom was the white bedroom. Everything down to the fresh clean fragrance free linens was perfection. Brittney had treats waiting for us upon arrival which was so nice after traveling all day long. Our favorites are the Hi-Chews. My sister and I can’t say enough good things about Brittney’s Place!!!! We didn’t want to leave. 🏡 Brittney and Olivier, you rock!!!! 🤩 We can’t wait to come back. 🤟🏻

Our stay was very nice. The home was clean, comfortable and only 10 minutes from the friend we came to visit. The only issue we had was accessing the check in information on the Airbnb e-mails that I received. I tried to find it on the Airbnb app but it wasn't there either. The home is fairly remote so I don't know if my phone service was slow because of that. Eventually it appeared and I was able to access the code for the lockbox. I had been able to access it when we were at the airport but we couldn't when we arrived at the house. Next time I'll write it down. I have had the code texted to me when I've rented which worked well. Other than that, our stay was great. Thank you Loren & Kathy.
