Holiday houses in Chaniotis

Smestaj je na odlicnom mestu, takoreci na plazi. pogled sa terase na more. bez obzira sto je hotel preko puta, nije bucno. plaza, mogucnost koriscenja lezaljki od hotela, ili slobodna plaza, divno, raznoliko, nije guzva. kao na slici privatna basta, dva velika drveta, hladovina, dovoljno prostora. prvi komsija pristojan i ljubazan. kreveti su vrlo udobni, dovoljno prostora za privatnost. kuhinja bi trebalo da bude bolje opremljena posudjem(solje, case) mi smo porodica koja nije kuvala, pa smo kuhinju za kafu koristili, a frizider za osvezenja. klime su odlicne i lepo i brzo ohlade prostor. We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Weg zur Unterkunft war etwas abenteuerlich, man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Aber dafür war die Umgebung sehr ruhig und schön.

Wir hatten zu siebt einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Am schönsten ist der unglaubliche Ausblick aufs Meer mit dem herrlichen Pool. Menelaos als Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hat uns kurzfristig weitere Handtücher und Laken vorbeigebracht. Das Haus könnte insgesamt für so viele Personen etwas besser ausgestattet sein (Pfannen, Besteck, Gläser etc) aber wir haben uns arrangiert. Alles in allem ist es ein wunderschönes Haus mit moderner, stylischer Einrichtung, genug Platz und die Terrasse mit Pool und Aussicht ist einfach der Jackpot. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Abbiamo alloggiato in 6 ragazzi, la casa molto grande, puliti, dotata di tutti servizi necessari e accessori ( phon, asciugamani, lenzuola, ombrelloni per la spiaggia ). La posizione strategica, comoda e con tanti parcheggi attorno. Non si può non menzionare la gentilezza e la disponibilità dell’host, abbiamo avuto bisogno di assistenza durante il soggiorno, ma l’host è stato molto cordiale e reattivo, risolvendo tutto in giornata. Consigliamo questa casa assolutamente.

The villa is great and private. It has a vast green garden, a barbecue and tables for coffee or late night drinks. It has everything you need - spare pillows, cutlery, glasses and plates. The house is located in close proximity to the local beaches as well as Chanioti. Ivelina was a great and cheerful host, she was indeed proactive and we felt right at home. She showed us everything we neede to know and was always ready to answer our questions. All in all we had a great time and would return anytime.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wie Zuhause gefühlt! Es war sauber, zentral und ruhig. Strand, Restaurants und Lebensmittel konnte man nur in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Zoi & Konstantinos! Obwohl wir spät angekommen sind, haben sie alles organisiert und haben sich bemüht, uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten! :)

The apartment is excellent. There is enough space, it is spacious. The kitchen is functional and has everything you need. The terrace is huge and fantastic for breakfast or an evening meal. The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and 4 minutes from the center. Several supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants next to the accommodation. The host is a fantastic woman, cheerful and always ready to help. All in all, a great place to stay. We look forward to returning to this apartment.
