We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

"La Grange" is located 25 minutes from Troyes and its pretty half-timbered facades and 40 minutes from the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, the Côte des Bars and Chablis.

Villa Germaine – beautiful GARDEN and view of the SEINE

Welcome to Villa Germaine, a house with a direct view of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I have renovated with a view to welcoming you for a Burgundy getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Country house bordered by a large exterior to spend a weekend with friends or family in the heart of the Auxois countryside and on the border of Morvan. The location is ideal if you want to discover the jewels of our beloved Burgundy such as Semur en Auxois, Alesia, Flavigny as well as Vezelay and many more. Two highway exits are 15 km away. Our village of Epoisses is looking forward to hosting you to discover its beautiful heritage.

Peaceful 3-star cottage offers a relaxing stay, for walkers, cyclists, in a green setting, on the banks of the Burgundy Canal. You can take nice bike rides, walk, with your dog, visit castles, vineyards, beautiful villages around the cottage. Close to the village halls. Cocooning cottage, fully equipped, sleeps 4 people. Enjoy a friendly moment in the countryside, with the song of birds, barbecues, rest on the enclosed patio.

Germaine's house

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.
