Welcome to this country house that can accommodate up to 10 people. Quiet, large garden, meals on the terrace and barbecue: everything is in place for simple and convivial moments with family or friends, surrounded by nature, local produce and major tourist sites. Futuroscope and Poitiers are 40 minutes away, Parthenay is 25 minutes away, and the Gallo-Roman site of Sanxay is 20 minutes away. La Rochelle and the ocean 1 hour 10 minutes away, Puy du Fou 1 hour 30 minutes away, Marais Poitevin 50 minutes away.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Close to the city center, 500 m from the military school and 1500 m from the train station. Free shuttle 50 m away. I offer a private apartment on the ground floor of a main house. Private entrance. Sheets provided Shower room + separate toilet. Equipped independent kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle). The washing machine is available to share with the owner. The owner has access to the boiler room adjoining the kitchen. Access to the veranda, green space and terrace.
