There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Small charming house, fenced in the countryside and ideally located. Pets accepted free of charge. Not suitable for infants & people with limited mobility. Close to all amenities. 4 minutes from the Iles de Payré (place to walk along the water). 20 minutes from Poitiers Sud & the Valley of the Monkeys. Futuroscope 40 min. The accommodation is ideal for one or two people (FREE WIFI high speed, modern and equipped kitchen), located in a pedestrian street, rue des grandes écoles, that runs along the town hall. You will enjoy all the amenities of the city and its attractions. 2 minutes walk from the Cordeliers and its parking, 5 minutes from the parking City Hall, 10 minutes from the railwaystation.

Paid street parking or theater park 8-minute walk.
