Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Chao Phraya River

Host was really nice, flexible and reactive. It’s a nice and calm apartment without noise coming through from the outside. It looked a bit bigger on the photos but for us it was totally fine. It’s located in a calm street with 7/11, supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. The pool and the gym were great and we had them for ourselves. We can totally recommend.

Very nice appartment, clean, nice view, very good location- just cross the street and you are at Asiatique with plenty of restaurants. It is basically a hotel, so you have a reception, someone to help you with the luggage and laundry service. It can be a bit noisy during the night due to the proximity to the street.

I enjoyed my stay so much that i prolonged my booking for 2 times in a row 😃

Very spacious apartment. Convenient washing machine and dryer which is so helpful if travelling with family. Provided 6 bottles of water a day. Apartment felt secure with 24/7 security monitoring entry access into lifts. Handy if using Grab for food delivery but taxis were reluctant to pick up or drop off as there is a charge to come into the Trinity vicinity. Beds were comfortable. Near local markets, a supermarket and within walking distance of stations. Things to bear in mind as stated by previous comments, it is an older building so may feel dated but was fine for us. The sound insulation was not great as we could always hear our neighbours next door (late night karaokes) and the floor above us (walking around and opening their wardrobes.)

Great location close to Lumphini park, shopping and transportation. Comfortable and clean room.

The place is located with a lot of local eateries and around 8min walk to the nearest BTS station. The owner changed us to a different room but gave us a reasonable discount. They are very responsive and accommodating. Breakfast is good. Definitely recommendable.

Ken’s place was perfect for me. It’s a little far from central Bangkok, but a short walk to the sky train. The market across the street is amazing for enjoying authentic Thai food. The bed is large and comfortable. The room had working wifi and AC. The building has laundry machines available. Very convenient. Surprisingly this was one of the quietest places I’ve stayed in East Asia! Very peaceful. If you’re looking for a place to live among the locals, I recommend staying here

We were very impressed with all of the thoughtful touches during our stay. Everything we needed was already provided in the room, and more! Friendly host, amazing location (so close to the BTS there is no time to sweat). Great night market, temple, canals, and mall nearby. A great option if you’re looking for a unique experience in Bangkok, or just somewhere a bit quieter than the main tourist areas. Excellent sunset view from the balcony.

The husband and wife are super nice, help us with luggage, give us mango food in the morning, and show us around her studio, home and shop.The accommodation is tasteful and fragrant!Very clean! Great water pressure too!All in all a very good experience!!!!The boss took care of us like my sister had a warm and wonderful experience!

Pairin and her family were extremely helpful, communicative and accommodating. The price for the room is very reasonable considering the location (which is central) - just bear in mind that it’s an older building and the surrounding area will reflect that. But all amenities and the room itself were incredibly clean, fresh smelling and well kept. She even helped arrange to keep our luggage safe for a bit before it was time to head to the airport. The host provided clear check-in/check-out instructions, had great communication, and presented a helpful attitude. The condo itself is situated in a good neighborhood with prime access to key transportation hubs near Bangkok without being overly busy/crowded. Could not recommended a better location to stay!

Clean room and great location.

The place was wonderful for the most part. The host was very kind and responsive. I think the outside patio could use some furniture and the walls can be repainted, but other than that, the apartment was great!

Super comfy and clean apartment in one of the best neighboorhoods in Bangkok. The apartment is quiet and has everything you need. Large pool on the roof, well-equipped gym and even a sauna. Incredible view of the city from the roof. The metro is only a 10 min walk away. Lots of restaurants, cafés and bars closeby. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing host, gave me plenty of recommendations to explore the area. Great front desk staff. Pleasant and friendly. Laundry in the lobby floor has wash and dryer! 40 thb wash and 40 Thb dry. Easy. Friendly security guard too. Flexible with check-out. Thank you

I stayed here for a full month and enjoyed my stay. I am very easy to impress and I hardly complain about issues. The area is great and there's a 7/11 within walking distance. RCA alley is super close. The security guards at TC Green are very nice and helpful. Kelly was very nice when I was able to contact her. Some helpful tips: contact the host before check-in as the instructions are incorrect. I think it is a nice apartment, but I also think it is overpriced, therefore maybe the value isn't worth it. The listing is accurate, so I knew ahead of time there was no kitchen, no kitchenware, and no free parking (also there isn't shower towels). There's just many other Bangkok apartments that offer all those things at the same price. Other than the value, I am satisfied with my stay.

clean, modern, with everything you need and the host was very friendly. I really liked having the proper desk where I could work remotely from, washing machine on the balcony, big fridge and very good bed and bathroom! the pool was really nice and refreshing. I used it 4-5 times and it was always empty. 7-11 downstairs. MRT 50 meters away. tao poon Market 200 meters away, a nice mall with plenty of restaurants 10 minutes away. I would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay here. I requested a chair with back support, and they kindly arranged it. I also faced some internet issues, but the staff went above and beyond—even coming out in the rain—to resolve them. The place itself is excellent, with a clean pool and a variety of Halal food options available nearby. I will definitely recommend this place to others!
