Fantastic base to explore the Loire Valley, and the surrounding forests and lakes of Salbris, including the beautiful city of Orleans. The château itself is full of history, and Celine and Stefan's apartment is very tastefully and historically restored... Stefan kindly gave me a tour of the castle. There are some stunning hikes near the château and even within the grounds of the château, as well as swimming in the river and many lakes. Overall a very memorable experience...

Carole's apartment is ideally located 2 minutes' walk from the Loire. The town center is also easily and quickly accessible. The parking right next door is convenient when you're passing through. Decoration and layout done with great taste and common sense. Everything you could possibly need is there and it's very nice. Carole and her husband were present when we arrived and very responsive.

we spent a little week at Françoise's with our 2 mares. Everything was fine, in the cottage you have everything to feel at home. Our mares also had everything you need, a nice shaded paddock, 2 boxes available as well as a career. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. i really recommend it.

Beautiful property and a warming welcome. Anne-Christine's home has all the charm of a country estate and included modern amenities, a fully functional kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The billiards, tennis court and beautiful backyard were everything we needed to relax and enjoy the area. Anne-Christine welcomed us warmly and was quick to respond to our every question. Highly reccomended!

We had a lovely stay for Christmas, very well hosted and nice surprise he had put up a very nice Christmas tree for the occasion. Very nice warm home and very pleasantly surprised by this indoor and outdoor space. A very large fireplace to enjoy winter evenings Well heated home, impeccable bedding and interior, relaxing living room. Nothing but good things to say. Thank you Val for this tastefully restored home. To be repeated.
