The Orchard House

Cubic house for 5 people (maximum) in the middle of the orchard of a former hunting lodge located in the heart of nature 3 km from the village of Brinon-sur-Sauldre, typical village of the Sologne. Another cottage for 9/10 people on the property (Villa Bois Chaumont Cottage). You will be staying close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, Beauval Zoo. You will also discover the vineyards of Sancerre, Menetou Salon, Quincy… Many activities nearby. Hiking trails, canoeing, horseback riding…

Karine, Fabrice, and Lola (14 years old) welcome you all year round in their 27 m² cottage, completely renovated in the fall of 2018. In a cul-de-sac near the Sauldre, a stone's throw from the village, this small independent farmhouse will be a very pleasant place to stay for a couple, a family with children, friends traveling together or for one or more professionals on a mission in the region. "Chez Santia" is ideal for 2 people but possible for 4.

We are delighted to welcome you to the independent apartment of 40m² that is on the floor of a solognote house. It was completely renovated in 2024, keeping its old charm and the comfort of the present. Its position in the village center will allow you quick access to all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, church, bar, tobacco, convenience store) as well as the forest, river, pond, horse club, hiking and cycling trails.
