The place is very nice, the house is spacious and has a wonderful view. They will drive to get there but it is well worth it. Highly recommended.

We love our stay . Very quiet place and with privacy. Beautiful view of the Lagoa and the sea. Comfortable house in the Quintas do Sauioe condominium, very secure inside the Costa do Sauipe hotel complex, where we could go in Vila Nova da Praia where there are restaurants, live music and a play space with carousel, Ferris wheel, etc. We also accessed the beach through the condominium and it was great fun for the children and good service of the beach tent. In addition to Alina's great support throughout the stay, Val (cook and housekeeper) was great during the 3 days, as well as the Joelma that helped us and guided us at check-in. Great experiences!

The Villa Barriguda space is extraordinary and the hosts, Maurício and José are super attentive! The property is very extensive, has only 3 houses, which ends up offering greater privacy for guests. Despite the extension, the property has numerous integration spaces, with jacuzzi area, sauna, massage, restaurant and a super charming gallery that connects with the essence of the accommodation, blending art, nature and sophistication! We highlight the Villa Barriguda restaurant, which has a spectacular menu with João cheff, very receptive! The quality of the dishes is exceptional and the service performed is fabulous. In addition, breakfast is well served, with options of cake, yogurt, breads, jam, juice, etc. Therefore, I recommend Villa Barriguda so that you, guest, have quiet moments of integration with nature and immersed in art!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! Rosana was extremely attentive, responding quickly to messages and ensuring that everything was perfect from the beginning. José's house is really beautiful. surrounded by greenery, with private garden, private pool, super equipped barbecue area and also an area to make a bonfire. Each room is also equipped with its own bathroom. A real shame we did not have more days available to enjoy the relaxation that the house offers with more tranquility. Highly recommended!!!

Kali's place is very cozy and made us feel at home! Every detail was thought out with great affection. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all the necessary items. In addition, we love the neighborhood and getting to know Lençóis from the point of view of the locals.

The stay was excellent! The house is very spacious, very airy and with a structure that perfectly suited our needs. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived, which made us feel at ease from the first moment. The location is one of the great highlights — it is in a great area, with easy access to bars, restaurants and shops in general, which made our tours and commutes a lot easier. The street is parallel to Rua das Pedras. The host has always been very helpful. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect and the landlord made sure we had everything we needed! The wifi is not optimal, but it works well enough to research stuff or watch a movie. Highly recommended and a great price for the offer :)

Stone house, made on stone. It's different to stay there. Access to Igatu is not very easy, with a stone road. You have to go slowly. The house, being one of the first in the village, saves you from having to enter the city by car. We found the house very clean and everything was very nice.

It was a pleasure staying at Marizete's house which is in a super convenient location, and was nice and clean. I only stayed half of a day and didn't spend the whole night, but Marizete was good about communicating, and flexible with my nighttime check out.

This house is one of the best that I have ever stayed, I had quiet nights in good bed, with excellent blackout on the windows. It has an unforgettable orchard with acerolas, oranges and avocados, and especially a safe place with excellent neighborhood. It is actually a few steps from the square, close to everything. The hostess is so kind, I want to go back.

Sítio Bueno already has a captive place in my heart and my family. We have been to Vale do Capão many times, but this one was also special because we were in this space. The sunset in Morro Branco seen from the house is the most beautiful in the world and the house is impeccable. We were extremely happy in the days we spent in this space. Every detail is lovingly thought out by the host. From the layout of the nets on the outside to the bedding, from the view of the side window of the bedroom to the child-sized stool. We want to come back more often!

The hosts, Miriam and Daniel, responded super quickly, gave useful explanations and, throughout the stay, were available to make our experience excellent (for example, we forgot to bring towels and they promptly made them available). The house is spacious and 100% complete! The yard and the barbecue are super nice. I thought it was well worth the cost-benefit! I really liked the city too and would stay there again. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the location on the maps is on the back street of the house, so it is worth following the recommendations of Daniel and Miriam (it is very easy to find the place, only the maps are not necessary).
