Beautiful recent house, neighboring ours, in the countryside. Between Lakes and Mountains, at the gates of the Bauges and Aravis mountains. Close to Lake Annecy, this bright and comfortable accommodation offers the countryside calm and the expected change of scenery. Ideally located, PMR access to the ground floor and large living spaces with large rooms, the cathedral lounge offers views of the surrounding mountains without vis-à-vis. Tranquility is de rigueur and lively parties and parties are not allowed.

Take a break in this small, peaceful and cosy furnished apartment, ideally located at the crossroads of the 3 lakes, 20 mn from Annecy & Aix les bains, 60 mn from Geneva and 10 mn by car from Rumilly (restaurants, cinema, shops, and its leisure center/water park, karting). The first ski resorts are about 35 mn away by car with the Semnoz (downhill and cross-country skiing, summer tobogganing) and the Margeriaz (downhill skiing), 1h from Grand Bornand or La Clusaz & 2.5h from the major resorts.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful place on the edge of the "Gorges du Chéran" near Annecy and Aix-les-Bains in the heart of the Bauges mountain range, a great place for hiking, summer swimming possible in the river at the bottom of the apartment. In winter you are 30 minutes from the SEMNOZ and MARGERIAZ ski resorts, nice small resorts and 1 hour from the big resorts (La Clusaz or Grand BORNAND). Alby-sur-Chéran is a small, quiet and peaceful medieval village.

Pretty cottage in the countryside - 4 people.

Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

This fully equipped apartment with its independent entrance is located in our house, a former family farmhouse that we renovated. We are located between Lake Annecy (21 minutes) and Lake Bourget (Aix-les-Bains). In addition, we are ideally placed for mountain hiking and skiing lovers (Parc des Bauges, ski resorts of the Semnoz and the Margeriaz nearby). Geneva and Chamonix (Mont Blanc) are also very accessible.
