Tranquility is required, and parties and lively evenings are not allowed.

Access to garden. Located in the countryside with unobstructed views of the mountains, in a small village 10 km from Annecy and 25 km from Aix-les-Bains. Highway entrance 5 minutes away: Geneva 40 minutes. Free private parking. Small shop and multi-service bar a 5-minute walk away. Very quiet, not overlooked.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Countryside studio on the ground floor of our house with toilet and shower. Parking space in front of the house: in the courtyard of the house, courtyard closed by an electric gate. Bikers are welcome. The accommodation is located 10 minutes from Annecy, 40 minutes from Geneva and only 2 minutes from the Seynod South highway entrance. The studio has a surface area of 22 m2. You have an equipped kitchen.
