The accommodation is located 10 minutes from Annecy, 40 minutes from Geneva and only 2 minutes from the Seynod South highway entrance. The studio has a surface area of 22 m2. You have an equipped kitchen.

Au fil de l'eau Guesthouse, in a former mill

Charming guesthouse in a historic former mill, located in Alby-sur-Chéran, a characterful medieval village. It features three double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, offering complete independence. Admire the original mill mechanisms and enjoy a unique natural setting, with a nearby waterfall, a stream running alongside the guesthouse, and access to a private beach on the Chéran River, for a peaceful and refreshing getaway.

Le Mazot étoilé (sunroof!)

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
