Highway entrance 5 minutes away: Geneva 40 minutes. Free private parking. Small shop and multi-service bar a 5-minute walk away. Very quiet, not overlooked.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Countryside studio on the ground floor of our house with toilet and shower. Parking space in front of the house: in the courtyard of the house, courtyard closed by an electric gate. Bikers are welcome. The accommodation is located 10 minutes from Annecy, 40 minutes from Geneva and only 2 minutes from the Seynod South highway entrance. The studio has a surface area of 22 m2. You have an equipped kitchen.

Le Mazot étoilé (sunroof!)

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
