We initially booked the room because of its location both in terms of its peaceful setting and close proximity to where we needed to be. Sue was called away before we arrived but communication was excellent and we were easily able to find and access the house. Everything we needed was provided and it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. A selection of restaurants were a short walk away. Would definitely use again and receive to others.

We loved staying at this charming cottage which was ideally located for Bramham Horse Trials. It’s in a lovely, peaceful area with good local shops and restaurants. The cottage is very comfortable with everything you could possibly need and Paul was an excellent host.

Excellent place to stay in Leeds. Short walk (30 mins) to city centre and 2 mins walk to major bus routes into city. Local area has lots of shops, restaurants and takeaways to buy food and necessities. Excellent host. Very friendly and informative. He knows Leeds and the surrounding area very well, having lived in the neighbourhood all his life. I’ll definitely be returning to this AirBnB. Thanks Jack
