Sunset View

PiaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Lovely one night stay. We did a walk around the millennium way at New Mills and then a 15 min drive later we had arrived. The house was lovely and welcoming with little personal touches added (personalised welcome note). The sunset was as gorgeous as it’s been described. Shop and pubs easily walkable. The only downside was it was only one night, would love to stay again.

Willow Sett Cottage

Beautiful house, beautifully furnished. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen was full of helpful extras even Marmite! The balcony has a great view up to hills and down to a cricket pitch. Friendly town. As we were only there a while someone directed us to the reservoir which was spectacular as they promised. We watched a cricket match and were quite welcome to from the pavilion. Nice sausages at the butchers.

Unique & stylish converted Chapel - Peak District

JohannaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed here for a week late May/early June and all agreed that this is one of the nicest places -- if not the nicest -- that we have ever stayed in. The airbnb itself is beautiful. Simon was a gracious and generous host and had left the kitchen stocked with all kinds of goodies which he encouraged us to consume. We had 3 dinners at the Shoulder of the Mutton -- just because we so much liked their food -- took a number of hikes, checked out Liverpool and visited the Yorkshire Sculpture Park [very much worth the hour drive] and Chatworth. All was stunning. I can't recommend this place more highly.

Converted chapel in Peak village near Buxton

NatashaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Really beautiful!! The chapel was spotless and had everything we could need. Lee was brilliant at sending directions as well as suggestions of things to do in the area. We had the pleasure of seeing her a couple of times and she was lovely!! I would definitely stay here again.
