Close to all shops (less than 2 minutes walk), between city and countryside. The accommodation: Living room with sofa bed (2 places) TV and dressing room. Equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster... Bedroom with double bed (140 x 190), memory foam mattress, dressing room and desk. Bathroom in the bedroom.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Il est très bien desservi (Métro, tramway et bus à 5 min à pied). Tout confort : Séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre séparée avec bloc climatisation. Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... On sunny days, enjoy an outdoor area. A 10-minute walk to the center of Tassin (shops, post office...) you will be in a residential area of old houses from the beginning of the 20th century surrounded by large gardens. A little taste of peaceful countryside 15 minutes from the heart of Lyon.

Le jardin et la piscine sont à partager avec le propriétaire qui réside sur place. Bus C20 à 5 mn du logement direction Lyon.
