Holiday rentals with a patio in Chappaquiddick Island

Rachael’s apartment is a perfect, conveniently located home base for a stay in Nantucket. The space is spotless and all of the furniture and amenities appear to be new. You are walking distance from Cisco Brewery, Miacomet Golf Course and Bartlett Farms. And Racheal is an extremely friendly and helpful host. Can’t go wrong!

This place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Close to town by car but quiet. Big yard, super clean, very quiet.

Perfect stay for a long weekend with our group of 4 (2 couples). Plenty of space to hang out in the common area, while each having their own bedroom and bathroom which was nice too. We didn't cook but loved the large kitchen space. Overall nice apartment and we enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at Denise’s place! The place was exactly as described, with unique and thoughtful touches throughout. The place was spotless, very updated, and very private. We definitely would stay here again!

Despite the dreadful weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Brian‘s place. The bed was very comfortable. I did find that I missed more of a kitchen facility, with no sink in the area with the coffee maker. I found myself going back-and-forth between the bathroom and the living room to fill the kettle for my tea. The area was very quiet, and Brian’s home was easy to find.

I got this Airbnb for the weekend because I was proposing to my girlfriend in a Hyannis dinner train. This was the only spot that looked private and worthy of an “engagement weekend getaway” vibe as opposed to hotels and other Airbnbs. Meagan even allowed a friend of mine to show up and decorate the apartment with “Just Engaged” signs and fake candles and fake rose petals, which made the bedroom look even more romantic. My now-fiancé could not express enough how much she loved the place. Quiet, safe neighborhood, good eating spots less than 10 mins away in car, great water pressure, everything you could ask for. If we’re going to be knit-picky, the only thing we can complain about was that the A/C did not seem to work. The wall unit was open like if it was working, but no air was coming out of it. I forgot to mention this to Meagan during our stay, as I’m sure she would have rushed to help us. We slept with the windows slightly open and it was just as nice.

Wow, where to start. Kristin went above and beyond to accommodate us and we ended up getting married here! A wild rainstorm/ nor'easter came in so our beach elopement wedding plans had to be changed... not being from the area we had limited back-up options. Kristin kindly allowed us to do our small ceremony on the beautiful back deck. Even if all that didn't take place, her home would have a special place in our hearts because it's so tranquil and beautifully designed. Cherry on top, the bed was super comfy and kitchen well equipped! We had everything we needed for the week. Kristin's daughter gave us great recommendations too for local spots to eat. Highly recommend a stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Tina's place! The location is relaxing and beautiful. We were able to take the canoe out on the pond/lake, which was a lot of fun. The room is very cute, and we were able to cook and grill very easily. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We would definitely book again!

What a wonderful stay we had! The house was stocked with anything you could think of and the host Caroline was readily available for any questions. Will absolutely come back and recommend to all!

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Our stay at this house was excellent! We wanted a private location and this place delivered. There were five adults and two kids and we had plenty of space not only to sleep, but eat and hang out as well. The communication was excellent on the part of both Carlo and Leah, and we were delighted to find that even though the site said that the jacuzzi wouldn't be running until May first, they had it going and ready for us on April 19th. We thought that the price was great, LOVED the location, and are already looking forward to booking this same place in the future. Thanks for providing this excellent backdrop for our wonderful week!

While the weather did not cooperate (it rained the entire time) the cottage and views made up for the weather. From the table to the couch the views are wonderful. The cottage is very well stocked from towels and blankets to the kitchen. We did not need anything that wasn't supplied. The bathroom is small but functional. The shower might not work well for a larger person. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe and peaceful. We enjoyed our long weekend and would book this cottage again.

We traveled with 4 couples who have know each other since HS, 40 years ago. It was a great home to relax and catch up. The house is lovely and we loved that we each had our full bath! I highly recommend this home and this location.

Brianna was extremely friendly and attentive, answering any questions I had quickly and helpfully. She even gave us a heads up when the ferry announced potential cancelations. The house was charming and comfortable for 2 couples. The location was ideal - a lovely walk along the water to Oak Bluffs, yet it felt quiet and peacefully remote. We could have sat on the porch all day! Would love to come back.

This place was perfect for our mini honeymoon! Very comfortable and great location - walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. When our ferry was cancelled due to bad weather, the host was very responsive and we were extended an extra night. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this beautiful and quaint condo for a wedding weekend in Dennis and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place with a more perfect location!We both felt safe and comfortable immediately upon arrival and loved spending time outside on the porch and enjoying walking around the area! We would both recommend this stay to anyone!

The small newly renovated Airbnb was perfect for my sister and I trip to Cape Cod. Very clean and had everything you needed to get a good nights sleep at the end of a Long Beach and adventure day. Definitely extremely well priced. Would stay again!

We stayed at Stephanie ‘s place last summer and had a blast. We returned this summer to continue our new Cape Cod tradition. Stephanie was very responsive and friendly and we had a great stay. You can’t beat the location with the beach just down the street. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again next year!
